A rather old and tired hotel. First priority was to find housekeeping and get the bathroom cleaned. Seriously dirty shower curtain had to be changed. Black mould on the tiles. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast OK, just. Pool looked good. Wouldn't want to stay again. Of the four hotels I used in Vietnam this was clearly the poorest.

If a hotel has hot water on my travels, I am SOLD! I stayed here two nights on a G Adventures tour and though the location is not central, everything was within 20 minute walking distance (and taxis were cheap!). I would recommend this property, but I would not stay here if I was booking a hotel by myself and... More

Great location walking distance to old town , staff friendly , rooms extremely clean with good views of pool, the pool a decent size and area kept clean. The breakfast was disappointing - not many western options , toaster didn't work. However I would recommend this hotel to others

We stayed here 2 nights. The hotel has potential but is tired and run down. Rooms are large and bed is comfortable, but room is missing little niceties...like cups for coffee, extra blanket for warmth and basically lacks attention to detail. Breakfast is dissapointing. The bain maries aren't heated so if you want a hot breakfast, you need to get... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on an exodus trip. A good location as 10 mins walk from town centre. The hotel rooms are clean, beds comfortable but showers poor and bathroom light dim. No tea or coffee in room and no room safe. The breakfast choice was OK. The hotel suffers compared to the other hotels we stayed in during... More

The location of this hotel was great however the experience of the hotel put a downer on our time, no safe in your room, a kettle but no coffee, tea or cups, no travel adapters. The rooms were large but never felt clean mould in shower and bath floor always dirty and towels were supposed to be white but we're... More

I know blaming the hotel for lost property is immoral but the response the hotel gave was inconsiderate and heartless. My friend lost about US$200 cash on hotel grounds and roamed the entire hotel looking for the cash. Upon inquiring about the lost cash to concierge they simply replied "Just accept that it's gone, you wont be able to get... More

I stayed here for two days during my recent trip to Vietnam. I liked their very comfortable well furnished rooms and general atmosphere at the Hotel. It is just 5 minutes walking distance from the Hoi An Ancient town. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was very well spread and would recommend this to tourists who prefer... More

Ok so if it's 4/5 service your wanting then this is not the place..., it's dated and it shows though the staff are friendly and the laundry is cheap!! Excellent budget hotel and local eateries just up the road which won't dent the budget at all!! Just a ten minute walk into the centre.... Felt safe and the pool was... More

This hotel needs a bit of work. Firstly I must say that I was comfortable here and had two decent nights sleep. If you're just looking for a place to put your head down then go for it. But I must admit to being disappointed. The place is quite dated but also in need of many repairs. The bathroom door... More
