A rather old and tired hotel. First priority was to find housekeeping and get the bathroom cleaned. Seriously dirty shower curtain had to be changed. Black mould on the tiles. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast OK, just. Pool looked good. Wouldn't want to stay again. Of the four hotels I used in Vietnam this was clearly the poorest.

If a hotel has hot water on my travels, I am SOLD! I stayed here two nights on a G Adventures tour and though the location is not central, everything was within 20 minute walking distance (and taxis were cheap!). Great location walking distance to old town , staff friendly , rooms extremely clean with good views of pool, the pool a decent size and area kept clean. The breakfast was disappointing - not many western options , toaster didn't work. However I would recommend this hotel to others

We stayed here 2 nights. The hotel has potential but is tired and run down. Rooms are large and bed is comfortable, but room is missing little niceties...like cups for coffee, extra blanket for warmth and basically lacks attention to detail. Breakfast is dissapointing. Stayed here for 3 nights on an exodus trip. A good location as 10 mins walk from town centre. The hotel rooms are clean, beds comfortable but showers poor and bathroom light dim. The location of this hotel was great however the experience of the hotel put a downer on our time, no safe in your room, a kettle but no coffee, tea or cups, no travel adapters. I know blaming the hotel for lost property is immoral but the response the hotel gave was inconsiderate and heartless. My friend lost about US$200 cash on hotel grounds and roamed the entire hotel looking for the cash. Ok so if it's 4/5 service your wanting then this is not the place..., it's dated and it shows though the staff are friendly and the laundry is cheap!!
