I was in Hoi An for a week and stayed in Phuoc An hotel. Staffs are very friendly and they gave me everything that I needed. They have a very lovely room and they will give you flowers or fruits when it is your b-day. Their location is very quiet, it is what I was expected for my hols. Quiet... More

We arrived at the airport in Danang without any hotel reservation and were a bit worried about finding accommodations for our family of four. By a stroke of dumb luck, I happened to talk with the tourist concierge in the airport lobby who willingly helped us find options in our price range and even negotiated a reduction in price since... Good situation, clean and nice rooms in a quiet street. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Only one bad point : we arrived late on the evening and planned to leave on the next day in the afternoon. We asked if we could keep the room for one hour more and they wanted to charge us 50 % of the... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and found the staff pleasant and helpful throughout. I had a 'deluxe' room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Being on the second floor this meant anyone using the pool could quite easily look into my room if I left the curtains open. My friends stayed in a street facing room on the top floor... More

This hotel is very near the center of anceint city with good staff. It has a classic design and cool environment with climbers outside hotel. With 30$ we have 3 people staying in two bed room, free bike and a buffet breakfast. They also have free internet on the ground floor, so useful!

Though not in an ideal location in Hoi An, this hotel offers great "bang for the dong". Older well appointed rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. Pool is irrelevant, though hotel offers free use of bikes and moto rentals across street. Overall solid experience.

What a perfect hotel! My room was huge and comfortable with a big bed, charming dark wood furniture with Chinese motifs, a lovely large balcony with table, chairs and plants, air con, wi-fi, cable and best of all....a bathtub!! I was ready to move in and stay forever. The hotel staff was lovely and very helpful. They provided me with... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and was overall very satisfied. Room was serviced daily, with TV (with some English speaking channels), a decently stocked minibar at very reasonable prices. I had a large room with a balcony overlooking the street outside. Room was very clean although bathroom could do with some modernisation, the bathtub had stains in it, the enamel... More

My girlfriend and I have been traveling through SE Asia for 3 months and we have seen it all, dumps and paradise. This hotel is near the top of my list for service and comfort comparatively. Very friendly staff and the room service/cleaning is spot on, and we didnt have to ask for it. We are on the 3rd floor,... More
