the room at phuoc an hotel was nice but too expensive. the staff try to sell, sell, sell. the location was a little bit out of the centre. the hotel had a very small swimmingpool. the breakfast is very nice. restaurants in the neighbourhood were good for diner. there is internet at the down floor. more

We intended on staying here for two nights but I picked up an eye infection (nothing to do with the hotel) and we ended up staying for four. i found ´the hotel overall very friendly.rooms were comfortable and clean and the aircon and tv worked well.buffet breakfast was okay.computers slow and full of viruses, they could have been faster.pool very small.very small. in the rooms you can find nice silk robes and a minibar, quite reasonably priced as well.oh and room service too! good value for money what... more

Initally we checked into a standard double room which although had enough space smelt really damp and fusty. We stayed one night in this room and decided we needed to move. Our second room was much better and had a balcony - nice and airy. the hotel staff were all lovely which is the main reason we enjoyed staying here... more

We booked Phuoc An before we arrived in Vietnam and were so impressed by what awaited us when we arrived. Thuy signed us in and looked after us beautifully, making sure we were aware of all of the excellent services the Hotel could provide at very reasonable rates. The best hotel we've stayed in Vietnam so far. Helpful and friendly staff made our stay in Hoi An wonderful. We checked out at 12pm on our last day but because we didn't leave on the bus until 7pm, they still let us use their bikes, pool and showers and helped us post our clothes back home.
