Palm Garden Resort is immaculate. The gardens and the grounds are all well maintained, which while it looks good, can be a little annoying if you enjoy the sleep in and dont want to get woken up by the groundsman hosing and using their machines. It would be nice if they left it a little later, but the Vietnamese are... more

A wonderfully relaxing beach side resort (fantastic breakfast included).   We decided to splash out on some beach time at this 5 star resort in Hoi An after a couple of cheaper nights in town.  It was perfect.  Great pool and nice, quiet beach as well.  Rooms were well appointed and staff were freindly.  The only small gripe is that maybe... more

we stayed at palm garden for 6 nights for our honeymoon, it was stinking hot and when we arrived we were served a juice while we waited to check in. the staff were very nice. we stayed in a beachfront bungalow - we were a bit disappointed that our bungalow was on the main path to the beach and out... more

We stayed for three nights and the rooms and service were very good; the breakfast was so good we rated it as joint first for our whole 14 week trip. We did not eat in the evenings: the prices were high and the beach side resturant was closed for renovation. Location next to the beach was perfect although the road... more

After 3 days in cacaphonous Hanoi, this quiet resort was just what I needed. We had booked a Deluxe Ocean View room, but when we arrived they only had a Superior Garden View room available for a few hours. So we checked in and took the shuttle (runs 4X daily) into Hoi An Ancient Town. Upon returning, we decided we'd... more

This is a gorgeous resort with immaculate rooms and the softest sheets. I think you can buy them. I wish we had. The breakfast spread was huge and amazing. I think there was basically every type of food there. Cheese, eggs, cured meat, salad, japanese, vietnamese and a whole bunch of stuff I can't even remember. Made a total pig... more

Palm Garden was a very nice stay in Hoi An. Although we were there for only 1 night, we loved every moment of it. The best thing was the staffs. They were very friendly & attentive to details, from the restaurant waiter to the gardener. Especially the front desk staffs. Our holiday was to be 2 nights in Hue before... more

Stayed here for 5 nights. Grounds, pool etc lovely, but you need a taxi to travel in and out of town. The hotel runs a shuttle bus, but it's not always that frequent. The rooms were large but unfortunately there was a constant damp smell. Breakfasts were very good and the service was excellent if at times too prompt! The... more

Came here with my husband for a relaxing 5 days at the beach. If the sun had been shining, I've no doubt we would have had a much better time here. The rooms were spacious and nice, but incredibly damp and clammy in the rain. Pool area again was nice but we didn't get to spend too much time there.... more

Supposedly a 5 star resort this place is no oasis of calm. The dining room is like a dinner hall at school. There is constant loud country and western music playing. The fixtures and fittings of the hotel are cheap, tacky and falling apart. The hotel does not appear to be well maintained and things are broken and falling apart.... more
