Imagine travelling with a wife and 3 kids....ages 11 - 14. We wanted to be close to the town, as well, near enough to the beach to easily bike and this hotel filled the bill....above and beyond that however was the level of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the warmth of those helping us. The construction of the... More

I selected the Glory Hotel from the net and paid what I thought was a "little above the average" in the hope of getting "alittle above the average". Boy did that idea fall flat. I paid US$224 for three nights for a room which could not be locked and the roof leaked in three places in the bathrom. We were... More

Just spent 3 days at this hotel. I was impressed by the size of the rooms and the pool. That's all I can say good about this place. We were booked into a room where we couldn't get the air con to work so I rang reception for assistance. They said it was broken and would move us into another... More

My parents and I stayed here in May 2008 for 3 nights. The hotel itself is nice but is poorly maintained and serviced. Firstly they put us in a room where the air conditioning wasn't working and when we called them to tell them it wasn't working they already knew so offered to change us into a new room. So... More

Not a bad location, but watch out! Four of us had two rooms booked for two nights, but at the last minute the hotel dumped us for the first night when they found the opportunity to fill every room with a tour group. They put us in a far away, smaller and lesser hotel, and refused to refund the obvious... More

Stayed in the Glory earlier this month and not that impressed. The beds were like sleeping on blanks. The bar was being renovated. The restaurant was only good for breakfast and even then not much good. Our room was above where the staff walked too and from and was noisey all the time. Only one thing good, the pool.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights from April 6th and from the moment I arrived found the staff most attentive and the accommodation excellent. It is not right in town but only a hort walk or bike ride, and actually being out of the noisy hustle and bustle was a good thing. A mid-range price of $45 for... More

The Hotel looked great from the front, however the first thing we noticed was the green swimming pool. We stayed for 4 nights and the pool didn't improve despite requests to put chlorine in it. The lift didn't work, the beds were rock hard, the satellite TV channels required re-tuning over 2 days, and the breakfast was ordinary. Water was... More
