stay was supposed to be for 5 nights by typhoon Ketsana changed that went to airport to depart and flights cancelled called back hotel and they immediately rebooked us we returned received welcoming smile and got or original rooms back. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, if you wanted something they would arrange it. Even sent a parcel home, when we asked the concierge where the post office was she told us to sit down and 3 minutes later a postman came with different size boxes, found the one to suit us and then put it together... more

Just finished up a stay at this beautiful hotel. Nicely decorated- the idea is there of it being a modern hotel with an ancient feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely hotel. The room, with the 4-poster bed was superbly presented. Breakfasts were excellent, as was all levels of service. It's between the town and the beach and there are free courtesy buses to take you to both. more
