I stayed for two nights and the hotel was average in most ways. The bed was hard but the room was clean and a good size. Staff were friendly but didn't follow through on my only request. The breakfast buffet was also pretty average. The free drink by the pool was a nice touch and generally drinks prices seemed very... More

We LOVED this place!! Our family of 4 had two connecting rooms which was perfect. Both had balconies and were serviced daily with 2 bottles of water, fresh fruit or biscuits restocked. One bed was a bit hard (seems to be the norm in Vietnam) but the rooms were clean and roomy. The breakfast buffet was amazing and our kids... More

Our room here was spacious and very clean. We were located on the second floor and had a good sized balcony to sit on at night. The pool in the hotel is a bit on the small side and we constantly found dead flies in it. We ate in the hotel twice and were unimpressed each time besides the fruit... More

We've loved the pool, the breakfast buffet, the gracious rooms, happy hours (most of each day!) and lovely, lovely staff. Improvements we would like to see include MUCH more clothes and other personal effects storage, eg, drawers or shelves. We also found beds VERY hard (although forewarned by TripAdvisor and brought eggshell foam and other cushioning to insert below sheets).... More

I wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel. Unfortunately we only had one night so we were sad to leave. They had free bicycles in which we could ride around town and to the beach. Close to the main town, either by bicycle, taxi or free shuttle bus (bit long to walk) Short ride to the beach. We... More

I am a Little suprised by the 'low' Rating since the Lotus Hoi An is, in my opinion, perfection and the best Hotel that I stayed during my trip through Vietnam. The facilities are great, the rooms are clean (we had a Problem with our AC but they fixed it immediately, breakfast was very good, the pool area is perfect... More

We stayed at the Lotus Hotel for 3 nights. We were suppose to stay for 4, but our flight was delayed in Cambodia overnight. I have to give the hotel credit as they amended our booking for free when we finally arrived from Siem Reap. I had emailed 8-4 weeks in advance to try and organise a pick up from... More

We are packing up and we are truely sad to go. From the moment we got here the manager Tang and his staff were amazing. They all went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We also did the cooking school here which started with a trip to the markets which was great to sèe. Then back to cook... More

After the craziness of Ho Chi Minh, this place was very tranquil. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive. The staff took my friend's suitcase to have the zipper fixed and when we had people come to deliver stuff to the hotel, the doormen escorted the delivery men and waited outside our door until they left, which was sweet since... The Lotus Hotel was perfect for our stay of 6 nights. It's location is ideal, situated in between the beautiful Cua Dai Beach and the Ancient Town, both a short bike ride away. The hotel offers a free bike hire service, which was very convenient, as well as a free bus service to the beach and old town that ran... More
