Hotel quite good with quite big rooms and great location. Staffs very nice and helpful and they have very nice swimming pool. Price were cheap and would not mind to stay there again. Highly recommend you.

We stayed 3 days-2 nights here. Entrance was nice, staff friendly, even though didn't speak good English, but very smiley Room for two was big enough, maybe pillows bit big, but beds were soft and comfy!! Pool was a great advantage, but its better to go to the beach near Kim Cuc restaurant (by taxi around 55.000 - 90.000 Dongs)... More

At the time of writing this hotel was ranked 82 out of 90 hotels in Hoi An and I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised! For a cheap basic 2 star hotel this is above average. Pros: staff were very friendly, room was very clean, bed was firm and comfortable, the internet connection was fast and reliable, rooms... More

Don't stay here, it was awful! I wished I had checked out as soon as I got there. The beds were uncomfortable, the room had a musty unused smell, the staff were not friendly and were very unhelpful when I asked them to make a phone call and asked for directions. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The... More

You're paying for the pool which was lovely, but the rest of the facilities are not worth the price. I'm sure at one point in time this hotel had a nice charm, but it was really old, the doors creaked and didn't close properly. The lamps were dusty and wonky. The breakfast was very basic for us (fried egg, omelette,... More

I spent 2 nights in this hotel, I only wish I could stay more. It was really nice, the pool was fab. It was walking distance to the quaint town of Hoi An. A lovely spot. The service is great, I would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel. Good AC, nice clean rooms, nice swimming pool, friendly staff. My only complaints would be that the breakfast is very average and the wifi is probably the worst we've had in Vietnam so far. Still better than many other countries, but most places in Vietnam seem to have better wifi.

Unfortunately we stayed at hai yen for our first night in Hoi An. The room itself was fine but what we found in there was extremely unpleasant. Filled with cockroaches! We had 3 running around our room within minutes of checking in. After killing them and calling down to reception to tell them of our problem they told us that... More

My daughter's face was bitten by Mosquitos and swelled up badly. I couldn't sleep the whole night and killed about 12 Mosquitos in an hour. This is a horrible place as beside the Mosquitos the condition of the room is bad, I should have pay a bit more and go elsewhere.

Our room in that hotel was quiet nice. Shops and restaurants are not far away. But we can't recommend to leave any valuable things at the reception. After our stay we missed money which had been before stored at the reception!!!
