If the basic purpose of a hotel is a night's sleep, then this one fails miserably. It's a great location just at the top of the town, but it's a dreadful location surrounded by dogs that bark all night. Wouldn't be a problem if they had double glazing.

I stayed at this hotel for a week 18 to 24 January 2012 and would say the location is excellent for access to the town markets and the riverside quarter. That really is the end of my positive comments however as the hotel needs a complete reassessment and probably New Management.
The rooms need updating, the Internet Access needs improving...
