A beautiful hotel, with fantastic gardens, carefully manicured and spotlessly clean. This hotel is within walking distance of everything, including the old town, and shopping areas, including the numerous tailors that Hoi An is famous for. The hotel has a regular bus service to bring you to and from the beach, although I didn't visit the beach. The wifi is... More

Certainly a nice hotel not far from the tourist centre. Time and care is taken to keep the the grounds manicured and the rooms clean. Service is great as it consistently is in Vietnam. What separates this hotel from others we stayed is its sanitised feel and plush surrounds, in our opinion clearly designed to attract a particular clientèle. Nothing... More

Good price and close walking distance to everything. Friendly waiters and porters. Checking in is rushed and front desk staff not as friendly. We booked for 7 days garden view and was given a wall view. Went back to reception and was upgraded to a larger garden view room. So the hotel recovered the situation. Nice pool area and small... the location of this hotel is amazing if you plan on spending time in the ancient town of Hoi An. you can go back and forth all day. Their sister hotel is at the beach (10 min away) which is a more stunning hotel but not as convenient. Luckily you can visit the sister resort and have lunch and lounge... More

This was a lovely hotel to stay at and reasonably priced. It was central to the heart of the city and the breakfast was just amazing. We had a early checkout so they even packed us a breakfast pack. Would highly recomend

The hotel grounds are large and well presented and the location of the hotel is excellent - except if you are a light sleeper or enjoy sleeping in you might get woken by the school behind the property when the kids sing and dance in the morning. We had a nice view of the garden from our balcony. Breakfast had... More

This was by far the best accommodation we had in Vietnam. The rooms were excellent, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a cocktail at the end of tiring days. It was lovely having breakfast outside in the spacious gardens. If you want there is a tennis court available for those looking for more exercise.

The hotel is very large, with spacious rooms, very clean, the garden area is very nice. The staff was very nice. We liked a lot the breakfast. My friend also experienced the SPA and she liked it a lot. Would definitely stay in this hotel if we are ever back in Hoi An.

This really was the perfect base for our stay in Hoi An. Hoi An Hotel is walking distance from anything you could possibly want to do in the old city which made life very easy. The staff were faultless, welcoming and friendly the whole way through. Breakfast was also fantastic with lots of options available and very attentive service. I... More

a very nice hotel however when we arrived, we were put in a lesser quality room without a balcony (which we were paying for) and after having to point this out to them, we were put into a balcony room. I over heard other guests at the reception having the same issue, it seems if you don't question it, they... More
