Very relaxing and pleasant hotel. The staff were polite, the room very clean and tidy and the surrounds the same. The air-con worked a treat (37 degrees celsius outside) and the location just a short stroll of 400 metres to be in the centre of the old town. The breakfast was good but not extensive. Overall very pleased we stayed... more

we were very concerned after reading reviews about this hote, but we had nothing to worry about. we paid $44US for the night with breakfast. The room was large and spacious and everything worked fine. The air conditioning was cool and the staff at reception and at breakfast were pleasant and helpful. We had booked a car from a travel... more

After our travel agent booked us into this hotel instead of the Ha An hotel, then couldnt get us a change for the dates we wanted we decided to bite the bullet and as we were only there for 2 nights we decided to chance it. Decided to upgrade and pay abit extra for a room overlooking the pool, trouble... more

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. Laundry service was fast (received it back the same day, unlike other hotels that take overnight). Food was okay, not what a four star hotel should offer. Breakfast buffet was perfect for me and pastries and fruits were fresh. The grounds of the hotel were kept... more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from 17 april 2009. We had 3 rooms on the ground floor for a family group of 9. We found the hotel to be very old, dated and unclean . The staff were unfriendly (their english was good) but they were not interested in helping at all- only ensuring that the room was... more

Large clean rooms with decent bathrooms - but with aging furniture and fixtures. In-room A/C. Tourist groups seem to main clientele. Pool available. Walking distance to old quarter of Hoi An. more

I stayed in Hoi An hotel for 4 nights in April 2009. The hotel has an unbeatable location in downtown area, 200 meters from the ancient town. Rooms are fine, most of them have a balcony overlooking the garden and the hotel has a great swimming pool. Rooms have an attached bathroom (a little bit old but clean), TV with... more
