The hotel is very nice, unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on all around the site. This means that the corridors are very dusty, the sky bar and evening entertainment is not currently open/taking place and you get a loud 7am wake up to drilling and banging. Also, in our first room the air conditioning didn't seem to... More

We arrived here after staying in Hanoi, halong bay, hue and da nang. This was our most expensive hotel as we wanted a relaxing beach week within our travels across Vietnam. When we arrived our room wasn't ready, and we were told there was building work going on. When we finally got our room we realised the building work was... More

I have stayed at this resort 5 times now and have just returned home to Australia, I like the position between the beach and the town. They are renovating and there is some noise but not much , the restaurant has now moved from the top floor to the ground with a balcony towards the pool and the breakfast is... More

the hotel contacted us before we left saigon saying that our airline had contacted them to say our flight had been delayed and wanted us to confirm so they could organise our airport pick up for the right time. this i was impressed with. the hotel staff were very pleasant and on arrival informed us of renovations being carried out... I stayed here for 2 nights and would have stayed an extra night but they were fully booked out. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, the free shuttle to the beach and the Old Quarter was very reliable and the free breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foods.

We stayed for 8 days in early July. There were renovations in the main building but as we stayed in a villa the work didn't really effect us. The staff were very helpful, the buffet breakfast was fantastic an the shuttle bus to town was very useful. Would not hesitate to return.

Lots of construction and very dusty, mouldy rooms, both myself and my partner got very congested and sick, seemed that only 1 1/2 levels were not being renovated. The staff dont speak or understand much English which was frustrating at times: got shuttle to beach and towels weren't provided which they dont provide you at the beach, you must get... More

We had pre booked this hotel for 2 weeks (27th of July until 9th of August 2014) but when we arrived we found out the hotel is going through a major renovation. After the first night we decided to change hotel. Theres a lot of noise, a nasty smell from the paint and dusty air. We were the third family... More

We came to the beach resort for quiet and relaxation. The hotel is under major renovations and is noisy, dusty and smelly. After specifically asking about the noise we were assured the construction didn't start until 9. No, smack bang on 7am the construction started. The fumes coming in from tiling, painting and goodness knows what else is disgusting. The... More

In the 70-80's this might have been a clear 4 star hotel. Worn hotel is just the surname. English level far to low to live up to my expectations. Noisy, the windows was not enough to cancel the sound from the carpenters working outside. Hopefully they will get the hotel fixed untill the coming highseason. They have a LOT to... More
