Our room was good, clean, new. The price was right. The staff are very friendly, and quick to help. The breakfast is ok. The evening free drink is not to my taste, but a nice gesture nonetheless. The location is walking or biking distance from everything we wanted to see or do. The free bicycles are on the funky side,... More

Location was central and the hotel was affordable. The staff was very friendly and always want to strike up a conversation. Free bikes didn't hurt but they did require a lot of maintenance. Overall excellent hotel.

We had 2 families travelling with 6 adults and 4 kids (2-6years) in total. We chose this hotel based on the reviews and location and have generally found it comfortable and the staff very helpful. Room: we had the family interconnecting rooms. Good sized rooms, quiet airconditioning units, most of the noise came from the pipeworks in the bathroom hearing... More

One of nicest hotels we stayed in on our travels, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Maya. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend it. Hoi An is an amazing place, we will definitely stay in Vaia when we come back!

There is honestly nothing to not like about this hotel! We originally checked in for 2 days and ended up staying for 4, we didn’t want to leave. The staff are the most welcoming I’ve ever come across, right through to little touches like remembering your names, asking how your day was and of course free cocktails at happy hour!... More

A great hotel which is only a short walk from the old town (approx 15 mins) which means you can get to where you want to be really quickly (the hotel have bikes for guests to borrow but we didnt)and we appreciated that we were not right in he midst of everything as it meant we got a peaceful nights... This was by far the best place we have stayed in Vietnam! The staff we super helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they could. (Booking airport transfers, organising arrival transfers). We arrived after a 12 hour overnight train at 9am and were able to check in half an hour later. They staff knew our... More

Stayed for four nights in April and found the hotel to be very good value. As indicated in other posts all the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the breakfasts were very good. It is a 5 minute walk to old town and a 20 minute bike ride to An Bang beach.... More

This hotel has good and clean rooms, I usually use flip flops when taking showers in mid-range hotels, not in this one. Although the water in the shower kept going from warm to cold over and over. We had booked a double bed, however they didn't have a double available, apologised and offered us to put together two twins (not... More
