Me and my partner stayed at the hotel. My only gripe when there was that the WiFi does not work in my room the second night. Is every bit as good as the reviews suggest. The room was very nice and creatively decorated. The bed and pillows in our large room was so comfortable. It was a great experience all... More

Stayed three nights at this characterful boutique hotel which is located in the middle of the old town so very convenient for everything, all easily walkable. However if you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you,but it is such a vibrant town that more than compensates for the lack of sleep Excellent service from lovely staff

Old colonial style house which gives it bags if charm, but is also the reason why the walls in our room downstairs were nothing more than wooden panels. It comes with the territory, so not a complaint, more something you need to be aware off. Spacious room with a wonderful bathroom and big bed with mosquito net. Location wise it's... More

Waking up early and having coffee while watching the old town come to life were some of nicest moments in Hoi An This hotel is beautiful, with its dark wood warmth and sunny central courtyard. The rooms are large and comfortable, although a bit dark The staff were very friendly and accommodating...full of smiles.

This place is truly awful in some regards and truly awesome in others - I gave it an average rating because it's average on average. The main problem here is the service - whilst some of the staff were very nice, the lady who was on duty most of the time was really rude, she was really impatient when I... More

The Ving Hung heritage hotel- ar as they called it - Ving Hung No 1 was juts the best place in Hoi An to stay. Very central and an ancient museum piece itself close by the Japanese bridge - so easy to find and easy to walk around all the museums and attractions. No cars either!! so that was nice... More

This hotel is located at the yeart of all the action and the staff provided amazing, helpful service upon and throughtout our stay. Only criticisms are the lack of hot water and the couple of cockcroaches we found in our bathroom.

The Vinh Hung is right out of the history books--you can feel the Chinese traders from 200 years ago still making their trades. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated in an ancient chinese style. The room was huge, immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfasts were more than adequate. The location is in the historic city center within a dozen... More

The other reviewers have been fair in their judgement. Amazingly lovely historic hotel in perfect location. Lovely staff. Comfortable rooms with gowns, toiletries, water, a/c, wifi, safe, free water and cookies, TV etc. Arranged our transfer and would have arranged anything else for us, good service. It's an old hotel so some things will be threadbare and full of character,... More

This hotel is certainly the place to stay in Hoi An for the old-world feel that is Hoi An. You just step back in time when you walk thru the doorway. You are greeted by exquisite décor and friendly staff. Since the hotel is on a walking street only, two young men from the hotel met our taxi & carried... More
