Living in Vietnam I'm a regular visitor to Hoi An and I'd been wanting to stay at Vinh Hung Heritage for quite some time but with only 6 rooms it's often booked out. I finally stayed the last three nights. I will stay elsewhere when back in Hoi An next month. There's no doubt it's hard to beat in terms... More

Getting here was fantastic! Tripled on the back of motorbike after dropped off at another Vinh Hung hotel. The heritage area is car free. The hotel is authentic - the floors creak a bit, but the bed is comfortable which is the important requirement. On first night we got to enjoy dinner with the hotel staff which is an excellent... We arrived in Hoi An and stayed in this stunning heritage hotel for 4 nights. We stayed in the heritage suite at the front for the first two nights, and the regular suite at the back for the last two nights. We are so pleased we booked both beautiful rooms as they are all so unique. The front heritage rooms,... More

We stayed 4 days. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We asked for a room at the back - we slept well. Its a fabulous 200 year old Chinese Merchants house converted to just 6 large rooms with lots of character. So much better than some faceless hotel room. Despite its age, there are all mod cons, air con,... More

The Vinh Hung Heritage hotel is right in the centre of Hoi An, just a few minutes walk from the Japanese Bridge - the location really cannot be beaten! The staff were so so lovely, and breakfast was gorgeous. It really is such an old house, very authentic - it's better than some of the tourist attractions you pay to... More

The Vinh Hung Heritage is a really atmospheric place to stay, perfect for getting a real feel for the history of Hoi An. We stayed in suite 206, which is at the front of the hotel. The room is enormous, with beautiful antique furniture and panelling, and has all the usual things you would need (good aircon, mini bar etc.)... More

Great location right in the middle of Hoi An city. It's an Heritage hotel so full of history and big wooden room. However, the hotel needs some renovation. Shower head is missing from the bath, loud air conditioned, and if you stay in a room on the ground floor be prepared to have the room flooded when it rains. Service... More

Clearly the location, right in the middle of the old town, cannot be beat and the house is very beautiful. But living in a historical building has some drawbacks... As noted by many reviewers it is noisy at night. Despite the curfew you frequently hear scooters zooming by and people chatting in the street. Also, if you need complete darkness... More

At first, I thought i had made a terrible decision. I arranged for the hotel's pick up service, which came on time, from the Danang Train Station, but dropped me off across the river on the other side of the old town, and we needed a motorcycle to take me and my luggage to the hotel. It did not look... More

I stayed in the information that the old house of 200-year-old. By all means, please stay in the suite. The room drifting dignified, bed and old furniture, I feel the atmosphere of the Vietnam dynasty of the time it is illuminated in dim lighting. Bathroom and wash basin, toilet is clean and very beautiful. In particular, the bathtub is a... More
