I stayed here in may for 4 nights and loved everything about the place, the rooms were clean and very modern, breakfast was lovely and the girls on reception were great, it is a little bit out of the old town but I just jumped on a bike and was there is 5 min no worries, the beach is a... More

I stayed here for 3 nights & if I had more time I would extend. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean and each is provided with either a balcony (on the upper levels) or little terrace (ground floor). The homestay is situated a bit off of the main centre/ old town but I liked it to don't be... More

I loved my stay at Loc Phat! People, very nice, very very helpful. They booked a fantastic (and inexpensive) trip to My Son. They did my laundry (small fee and did very well), rented me a great bike for 1 dollar. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop, really lovely rooms (modern, big lovely bed, clean great airco), the courtyard was lovely... More

We spent a week here and really enjoyed the stay. Super friendly and helpful staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. In our first room (205) the water pump (I think) was rather noisy at night and in the morning. It sounded a bit like a printer. The staff were great moving us to another room in the other building... Loc Phat is a beautiful homestay run by a lovely family and it is also great value. We tried a few hotels before we found Loc Phat and wished we had found it earlier. The value, kindness, peace and style of the place was much better than anything else we found in Hoi An. The rooms are all fairly new... More

My family of four, with two teenagers, stayed here for 2 nights in April and enjoyed it. We stayed in a large family room, well furnished, clean, and we had a nice balcony wherein we can sip coffee, read a book and just chill. The breakfast was good, albeit the kitchen seems to be under staffed as it took quite... More

We've stayed 6 nights at Loc Phat in April. First of all, it's not exactly a homestay, but a family run guesthouse. They have many rooms and the place seems very new. I'd rate this place as average plus when in comparison with similar places we've stayed in Vietnam. The room was good sized, as was the bathroom. But the... More

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in April and really loved it. The staff were so warm and friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. Linh was around a lot of the time and very friendly and welcoming, even though she was in her last week of pregnancy! The room was large, nicely finished, clean,... More

We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 9 as Hoi An had all the features we were looking for. Linh and her staff are super helpful with any onward bookings or train tickets or anything at all. Linh served a group of us a home cooked meal on our last night there which was great. The room...
