Our 3rd visit to Botanic! We are a family of 4 so really appreciate finding affordable accomodation with space for the kids and seperate bedrooms. The villas have 2 bedroom, plus lounge and kitchen ( with stove and microwave and decent sized fridge ) About 2km from town so use the free push bikes, or bout 25,000 - 30,000 dong... More

This place is beautiful, staff are extremely helpful and warm. Botanic Garden is actually not a homestay, but a cozy hotel located in two (almost) neighbouring villas. The area is lovely, with a number of cafés, restaurants nearby. Downtown is 2km away, 20 min walk, or a short cycle/taxi cab. Rooms are perfectly neat, even if construction works nearby may... More

We stayed for a week in January 2015 with our two young children, but also with three other groups of families with young kids too. We had a family suite which consisted of two bedrooms with a kitchen and two bathrooms, very generous for the price. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping was excellent. Free bike... More

We stayed at Botanical in January during our five week travels in Vietnam. As we were travelling, our plans were not definite but the hotel was very accommodating of our schedule and had a room for us upon arrival. They also arranged transportation for us from our previous destination which took all worries away. The driver Lee was excellent and... More

Botanic Garden Homestay was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. Beautiful garden, bikes to ride free of charge, great breakfast, luxurious villas, wifi and a pool. The staff here were very helpful and friendly and the location was great. This place has everything you need!

I have no complaints about the place.. the staff were friendly and very helpful with information.. the breakfast was pretty great.. room was clean and amenities adequate.. Hoi Aa itself is a magical town so not much can deter from that.. my only issue was that i had picked the place based on the pictures and reviews of the main... More

My wife and I needed a break to recharge batteries to welcome the new year with the right mood, energy and inspiration. We have a "high maintenance" 6 months old baby and choose the Botanic Garden Homestay as the basecamp to move around but have a safe and quite place for our little one. We were delighted with the service,... More

We stayed here over Christmas in a 2 bedroom deluxe villa which comprised 2 lounge areas and two bedrooms, both with ensuite. The rooms were really well presented. The mini bar was very reasonable and the rate (around $100 Aussie dollars per night) included breakfast. The gardens were indeed tropical. Staff were extremely helpful and there was free use of... First I must apologize - I thought I had done a review for the Botanic Garden but it appears I did not. It was our first trip to Vietnam and Hoi An (January 2014) . I had booked the Botanic Garden based on reviews here on Trip Advisor and if anything our stay there exceeded our expectations. Our room was... More

Botanical + great staff + free bikes + great breakfast + clean and nice rooms + family friendly - the neighbour's rooster woke me up every morning :-), but on the other hand the roosters are everywhere in Hoi An. Btw, no one in the rest of the family woke up. Comment: Botanic arranged a great free BBQ Christmas party... More
