We came to Hoi An as backpackers on a tight budget and didn't expect much because of that. But this hotel really surprised us! The rooms are nice, they got all you need (the only negative was the hard beds) the hotel and the rooms are also really clean. The location is good, with only a short walk in to the... More

we had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms were spacious, airy and everything really clean and well working. Even the AC was silent and WiFi did work properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They organized everything, gave useful hints what to do and how to do best, and even organized all requested tickets without charging any... More

We were introduced to the hotel by a very enterprising and helpful member of the hotel staff, who found us while we were looking for a hotel in Hoi An just having arrived at the bus station. Reading the reviews on this website made us very wary of this place. But on hindsight and a closer look at the 2-starred... More

I moved here from another hotel because I wanted to be in the city center. The price she quoted me for a tiny single was overpriced at $13 given that others in the vicinity were about $10. After much bargaining and even chasing me out in the street once I had walked out of the hotel, she agreed to $10... More

I had a very pleasant stay here! The hotel itself, average, but you pay for what you get. This was bargain price accommodation. The ladies that work there, amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better host. They helped me with everything, from best places to eat, shop, tours, arranging bikes/airport transfers, tips on who to watch out for etc. I... More

The hotel is actually called Pho Hoi and consists of two areas. Stay away from the building on the street. The other one has a nice garden-setting by the river with excellent, spacious, comfortable rooms and baths and balconies, a very good pool and excellent breakfast (variety of breads, fruits, soups, some Asian dishes, excellent lemon jam, eggs, etc). Staff... More

After I checked in I saw that they didn't clean the bathroom. There were still toiletries laying next to the sink. I told the lady at the desk and she cleaned it right away. Later I saw that there were stains everywhere! Not only in the bathroom.. I didn't really want to touch anything anymore... When I checked out I... More

I was lured to this hotel by the lovely staff. My impression from how they handled themselves is that this would be a pleasant stay. It was exactly the opposite. First, the room I had was nice. The mattress was below average, but not terrible. The room did not have its own air conditioning remote control so I had to... More

I was trying to stay at the Hoa My Hotel, but they had raised their prices so I checked some of the places around there and ended up at the Hoi Pho Hotel for just $15 per night for a nice room with a balcony and view to some of the backyards. It was clean and comfortable with TV and... More

Good price for 12$ a double room. That is the main benefit and the staff is friendly and ready to provide information. However breakfast is excluded and prices on the menu are expensive. We recommend to have breakfast in another place around. The worst thing is the sleeping comfort. You can feel all the springs on the mattress in the... More
