I stayed for 4 nights at My Chau and it was pleasant enough. The facilities were clean and the price was decent. However, the stuff were unbelievably pushy, continually trying to get me to book things through them and extract money from me. I hired a bicycle on my first day - it was $1 for a day. When I... After a few odd stops around town we came to the My Chau, $10 single $12 with AC, most rooms have no windows but all seem to have newly serviced AC units, cable tv,hot water and some furniture. I had the upstairs room on the shared balcony. The staff is nice enough, And after a few months I'm used to people... More

We met the girl at the bus station and we turned her offer of a cheap room and moto down as we had a place in mind already, however that place was full and after walking all round the town (all the places we tried were full or over our budget) we ended up here. We chose the room on... More

We stayed for 1 day and paid 18$(350.000 dong). This hotel has the great location, only 5 minutes to walk to the acient town. The surrounding area has good and cheap street food (at night and morning). The room was small :(, and had no window but quite clean (it's ok if u just sleep 1 night). The bathroom was... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and cheap. Only 10 usd. Water pressure was soso and it couldn get a bit noisy from time to time. But u get what u pay for. And people who think they will get a plaza stay should go somewhere else. This is a walk-in backpacker place. Somewhat away from the epicentre... More

This is my first Review! I was there for one night, lost 3000 THB & 20$! Please don't trust this hotel for your own security! Bad back packer trap. The staff act like they're very friendly but they will rip you off. When you left the hotel they always ask us where we are going and one time the receptionist... More

My Chau's location is nice - close walking distance to the main tourist area, but just outside so the price was more reasonable. The surrounding area has good street food and less expensive restaurants. The bathroom smelled quite awful (mold/bad plumbing), but leaving the door closed helped. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly though they seemed to resent us... More

Stayed at My Chau Hotel while visiting Hoi An. Location and price are biggest draw. 5minutes from Old Town and set in a cozy street with lots of affordable restaurants and good street food (Banh Mi Queen!). Rooms are simpel and fairly clean (ants in bathroom), but had ac, fan, cable television and comfy clean bed. As for previous mentioned... More

We stayed for 2 nights in August 2013. We tipped up at 6am and they had a room for us (without a prior booking). The rooms were reasonably priced but did smell of damp and the aircon was more like a whisper of cold air every 5 mins. One lady on recepetion was very helpful however the others seemed to... More

the hotel is near the center, that's the only good thing. the staff is nfriendly and not helpful at all. there was an air-con in our room, but it didn't work, we asked if they can fix it, but they said it's just a fan room (for 20$ per night). they say you can take a shower behind the desk,...
