Been traveling for the past four months and I have never experienced such rude staff. Hotel is good and clean with hot water and a nice pool. the positives unfortunately do not make up for the appalling rude manner of every member of staff. I was shouted at by reception repeatedly, at one point physically pushed out of the way... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in Hoi An but unfortunately I found the hostel/hotel really disappointing. I'd heard it was a party-renound hostel and wasn't put off by that, in fact it wasn't as crazy as I had imagined which for me was a good thing! The downsides are that it's about a 25 minute walk away from the... More

This place is awesome if you're a backpacker looking for a bit of nightlife. Everyone sorta mills around the pool outside, there's a bar and good chillout area where you can play your own music. Drinks are cheap, everyone is sociable, really cool place. It's about a 20 min walk to the river, which is pretty easy. Loved it here,... More

I have worked in Travel for over 3 years and been to many destination but where do i start with this one? From the beginning there wasn't much hope from this accommodation due to the lack of customer service presented from the check in desk. Me and my 3 friends were greeted by very rude staff and handed our keys.... More

We stayed at the sunflower hotel and it was awful to say the least! We arrived and was greeted by rude staff who continued this attitude the whole time we was there. They charged us for things we hadn't even eaten out of the mini bar however failed to believe is and held our passports. When we complained about dirty... More

As the title says, just an average hostel really. We went here on recommendations from a few different people, and weren't massively impressed. The rooms were basic, not completely clean, and didn't have enough power sockets. Making up a bed for a new guest involved changing the sheet, and just leaving the old duvet. Some were clearly stained. God knows... More

Stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed the place. It has a vibe that says "do whatever you want", as it's so big, with so many people. It's really easy to meet people there though, and the buffet breakfast, which is very much talked about in Hoi An backpacker circles is great (eggs how you like it, hot Viet... More

Stayed in a private twin room with a friend for 5 days , was only cleaned once and had new towels once, beds made every day but had loads of stains on. The shower went cold after 5 mins no matter how hot you made the tap go. Could cope with these for the price but the fact was we... More

I arrived late at night to Da Nang airport and wrote to the hotel if they could provide me a pick up.The answer was short:^ No,it!s too late, you have to take a taxi.^ At least they could have recommended a taxi company but nothing. Finally I made my way to the hotel. They knew that I will arrive after midnight. On arrival... More

I'm a 27 year old male, travelling with a friend at the time. THE GOOD Firstly we had a great stay at the sunflower. We had a private room on the fourth floor overlooking the pool and the room was really good. Some rooms however looked considerably worse, particularly on the ground floor. The pool area was great to hang... More
