We spent 4 nights here and found it the perfect base to explore Hoi An. The surroundings are tranquil and stunning. Swimming and watching the giant catfish and Koi were definitely a highlight. The staff were very kind and arranged everything for us nothing was too much trouble. They hooked me up with a scooter as soon as we arrived... More

The villa Hoa Su is more of a homestay than a hotel, and I say this in the best possible way. It has 5 large, well appointed rooms, each looking out to beautiful gardens and ponds. They have awesome outdoor showers which are private (just as well) and are a welcome addition in the heat we had. There were internet... More

Small resort half way between the beaches and the old town. Need to get taxis to & from, but worth it. Great rooms, and clean. Not a family type of get away, but that's a good thing too. Only negative is: towels need a little updating.

The Hoa Su was probably one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed at - the small place is wonderfully arranged - it is a small, relaxed, hidden asian paradise garden. We mostly stayed outside in the wonderful garden and pool, surrounded by a lotus-pond (!!) and did not want to leave anymore (which was difficult, as Hoi An... More

We stayed at this property on recommendation of some friends. It turned out to be an amazing place, just far enough from the hustle & bustle of Hoi An Ancient Town. We prefer quiet accommodations and this fit the bill nicely. It's a 15 minute bike ride to the old town or a five minute taxi ride - we did... More

I had a fantastic stay here, we booked the deluxe rooms that looked out onto the pond area. It was peaceful and serene. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. Medium distance from the old town, but it can be easily covered with the bikes that are provided. All in all a good stay.

The good: this place is gorgeous. The photos are not misleading - Villa Hoa Su is a glamour model and she has no bad angles. And she's almost all yours for the length of your stay; there are only a handful of guest rooms. The breakfasts were very nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The neutral: it's not close... We recently returned from a five night stay at this amazing place. We needed to adjust to some small things associated with staying in an emerging third world country like power outage and hot water going on and off, bit overall we loved our stay! Aside from having a piece of oasis all to yourself among the bustling Hoi An... More

We decided to treat ourselves at this place & all of the websites promise 5 luxury rooms with an outdoor bathtub. On arrival we were put in a dodgy room upstairs from reception & told that we had actually booked the superior room. We checked their website & other websites & confirmed that there is only ONE room that you... More

We have just finished another 8 nights in this amazing place. My extended family and I have stayed in this villa now on four occasions. Each visit as amazing as the last. Not only is the accomodation great but the location is perfect, just a short bike ride to town. Since our last visit, the manager Bon has moved on... More
