Stayed here two weeks as a family of four with two kids, 2 and 4 years old. No doubt it is beautiful. We enjoyed the short bike ride to town and loved the pool and ponds. It is a great place for kids. The staff are great and quickly respond to every request. There are some issues. For example, plumbing... More

Stayed here for 3 nights during the Tet holidays and it was just what we needed after travelling around South East Asian cities and beaches. Very quiet, stunning gardens. Probably the best grounds I've ever seen outside of a botanical garden or park. The swimming pool sits at the same level as the pond which is a great feature. Free... More

We stayed here for a week and wish it had been longer. The hotel is situated a 5 minute taxi journey from the town and is a lovely quiet haven in a beautiful town. The staff are friendly and always seem eager to help. They booked us restaurant, taxis, the hire of a scooter and even ordered us takeaway when... More

I, like most of the other low-rating reviewers for this hotel, am feeling torn. This is an absolutely adorable place, picturesque to the tens. The rooms, however offer no privacy, the cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired, and the service is awful. As a few others have mentioned, there was also a discrepancy with our reservation and they tried... More

Probably the most beautiful accommodation in Hoi An with possibly the worst service in the whole of Vietnam. In a country where service is impeccable it is shocking to experience this. The owner is horrible, the staff nervous. Stingy stingy stingy. They did not honour our prepaid reservation and then were horrible about it and put us in a small... More

My girlfriend and I were hoping to have a bit of a rest in Hoi An having been travelling round the rest of Vietnam the week before and these villas were definitely the right choice. On arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to the rooms that overlook the gardens and pool/pond and having seen the rooms we... More

This is our third time to Hoi An and this place trumps all the others. The only down side would be that you have to take a short taxi ride into town but with abundant taxis abound this is no hassle at all and the tranquility, space and price all more than compensate. A quiet retreat after the hustle and... More

My wife and I found Villa Hoa Su to be just perfect. Beautiful gardens, only four (double) rooms, great pool and terrific, friendly service from Ms Ptoo and Mr Bond. We thoroughly enjoyed ours stay over our ten nights in early September this 2014 - so much so that I wrote directly to the owners, congratulating them. The property is... More

we stayed there for 9 nights and it was worth it. Thu and Mr. Bond are great managers and couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable one. The room was amazing and huge. We had a blast and we will go back again.

Behind the walled grounds of the villa, is an oasis of calm. The large fishpond is a feature alongside a lovely pool setting. A pavilion is built in the middle of the pond & is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, read on the day beds or just hang out. The rooms are lovely and the outdoor bathroom is a... More
