The hotel has two parts. I stayed in the higher priced 2 - 4 storey villas with a separate internet, pool and reception from the lower priced back packer rooms. You really get what you pay for, I got good service, beautiful friendly and ever so helpful staff and management, any issue quickly becomes no issue as it is fixed... More

This place has a pool and and is pretty good for meeting other backpackers, but these are its only 2 redeeming qualities. The doors didnt close, the rooms are dark and musty. Which would be ok if this place didnt cost $8. And no breakfast? So overpriced. And to top it all the staff is completely useless. Dont, go to... More

Travelled round Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia and this hotel was most definitely the worst. Extremely rude staff and such slow service (waitress was hiding behind the bar so she didn't have to serve us, only came out when we complained to another member of staff). Horrible rooms with a view of the hotel rubbish. Food was also awful and could... More

We stared 5 night here..we didn't pre-book. 2 double rooms overlooking the back-yard of the places next door..an animal menagerie including mother pig and 4 babes, a hedge hog, dusk and many chooks..good fun.. Value for money at less than $20 per room.. All round..a great find..

Stayed four nights in the hostel as it was the cheapest at 6$ a night, the beds are so horrible and hard and the people running the lace can be sometimes rude. The positive is the pool and the bike hire for 1$

While we stayed elsewhere in Hoi An, our daughter and her friend stayed here. While the price and room was ok she had a nightmare experience with the tour operator in the reception of the hotel. She and her friend booked a 2 day/ one night boat trip to Halong Bay that included the bus to Hanoi and a night... More

We were moved to this hotel because our hostel was closed for the week by the Vietnamese government. I don't have many good things to stay about this place. The staff were cold, the guy working the bikes (which cost money to rent - not the case at most places) yelled at us multiple times when we weren't getting our... More

Stayed in dorm room. Clean but poorly maintained like the majority of the hotel. Bike service seems like a good deal but bikes are in gross disrepair was left stranded kms out of Hoi An when the bike chain snapped and then they tried to make me pay to have it repaired and became very abusive when I refused. Reception... More

Stayed here for 3 nights last July. The hotel itself was ok, bed was clean and fairly quiet. Staff were fairly helpful and helped us book the rest of our Vietnam trip but may have been hit a bit on the commission charges.

Greenfield was better than I'd expected. Chill and almost empty in low season. Blankets, wifi, great hot shower. Soap included, plus towel. AC great, pool decent. Staff nice at check in but made me move out of the lobby the next day where i was reading next to my bags so they could welcome other (higher) paying guests! Construction annoying.... More
