Generally ok. No visa or card service so we had to withdraw loads of cash to finalize our bill. Be wary of booking flights etc as they inflate the prices a lot & also wanted us to pay them the full price for our hotel in Ho Chi Minh which we refused to do & made our own reservations instead.... The pictures are way better than the real thing. The first room we were given had a broken shower head, big gaps between the wall and window frame, and didn't give a sense that it was very clean. We were very cautious after reading some of the reviews here, but actually it wasn't that bad at all. It wasn't great either. Nobody from the staff has ripped us off, the pool was clean and nice to swim. There was a problem with the shower, we complained, they sent a handyman who replaced the broken shower part, no problem.... More

An old hotel that needs abit of TLC. 5-10 minute walk to the main part of town so a good location. However the staff were nice and friendly and the rooms were very clean. If you want somewhere that's cheap and cheerful then this will be fine.

The hotel needs some repairs. The rooms are ok, but way too expensive for what they offer. Too far from the old town. Breakfast finishes at 9:30. I found a lot of better hotels in the city with a better price. Some of them are not listed in the regular webserch engines, you have to check as you get there.
