Bright, spotless and airy rooms with lovely wooden beaming and comfy beds. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, a special mention to the lovely security guard who always had a beaming smile and a fantastic manner. Discounts can be negotiated within reason. Cannot comment on breakfast as we went without this option but really nice decking area to dine on.

Clean and bright rooms with friendly staff, just 5-10 minutes walk from Hoi An old town. Agree with previous poster that air-con (from a neighbouring room) was loud during the night. Simple breakfast of bread, fruit salad, omelette, pancakes etc was fresh and tasty, and included in the price. Discounts can be negotiated if you walk-up.

Stayed there for 3 nights, rooms with garden view are the best, a bit pricey at 35$ compared to other hotels, could not keep the balcony doors open due to very loud air con of neighbooring rooms. Laundry is cheaper if booked outside of the hotel.

Beautiful rooms that are clean and well-appointed. Spend the extra $5 for the garden view, it's worth it. Staff is well-informed and tremendously helpful. They booked everything we needed and gave great tips and pointers on what to do while in town. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the old town but is still highly recommended.

This is a lovely little hotel and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They booked our train tickets from Danang to Dong Hoi and sorted out all of our transfers. The rooms are also nice with a balcony but unfortunately the beds were so hard that we, who suffer from bad backs, simply couldn't get a good nights sleep.... More
