We work with 100% passion is the motto this hotel goes by and all staff live up to this high expectation. The owner Madam An is a caring woman who treats her staff and guests with respect and kindness. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The afternoon... More

Nice enough hotel with staff that treat you like you're in a 5 star resort. Had some flaws, but nothing major (leaky showers, scruffy parts) nothing unusual for this price range in Vietnam. Most importantly very friendly staff who offered plenty of free smoothies, fruit and even a tie when leaving!! Also let us leave our bags, and shower after... More

We had a great time here. All the staff are fantastically helpful and friendly. On our first night we had a free dinner with all the other guests and every afternoon we were greeted with a snack or a drink. The hotel staff booked all our day trips and onward travel. The room was a good size and very clean.... More

I certainly recommend this hotel for people looking for a cheap place to stay. Almost all the hotels are outside of Hoi An's old city so it is pretty much as close as you can get. There were two ladies on staff who alternate daily. One was excellent and would literally do anything for you, I can't praise her service... More

We stayed at the Hoang Trinh Hotel for 5 nights and it was a pleasant time. The room was clean and equipted with AC, TV, Minibar etc. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive at all times. One night, they even invited us to a party for all guests with free food and drinks for everyone. When you return to... More

Overall I liked this hotel. The breakfast terrace is a great place to relax in the morning and there is a bike rental next door at a good price. The location is close to all the shops, bars and restaurants downtown and it's an easy bike ride to An Bang and Cui Dai beaches. The rooms are spacious and a... More

The room was clean with big bed. Great shower. The hotel is in great location. The breakfast was good too. The service was delightful but be careful and don't book bus from there! I asked to book bus to hanoi. The price was 750,000! Then I told her that it is too expensive so she said 650,000 and then 550,000.... More

On arrival you get tea and cake amazing! The staff are great, map on arrival and lots of info. 5 minutes walk to the old town. They also do food which was really yummy, I had pho which was probably one of the best I've had in Vietnam. The rooms were a really good size, and bathroom even had a... More

If you need a break from backpacker spots this hotel is a great respite. The service I had was excellent and the room was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious and you can eat overlooking a gorgeous temple with a stupha across the road. Admittedly the place is geared to couples but suits solo travellers nicely also. Large air con room... More

I would think this is a great place to stay during the cooler months. Hotel is quaint, clean with great friendly and good service staff. Breakfast is huge with quite a fair bit of options. Ideal location. It is located next to Confucius Temple and is about 15mins walk to the start of the old town walking street and probably... More
