I stay only 1 night for joining Mid-autumn festival. I have some information want to share with travelers as follow: - Location: near the Japanese Bridge Pagoda, near the old quarter (so that it is very quiet). - Facilities: basic with small out-door swimming pool. - Staff: friendly and helpful. The receptionist is so so nice to let me check-in... More

Enjoyed the an hoi hotel. A stones throw away from the old city on the river. Perfect location if you want to simply walk around town. Friendly and helpful staff. Very large sized rooms. Only downside was a lot of construction in the vicinity made it very noisy.

I stayed three nights in the An Hoi in July 2014. I had a really nice stay. The reception staff were very helpful in finding me places to visit and things to do. They set me up with some great day trips and took me to a tailor. They also made sure I was ok and sorted out my transfer... More

The hotel itself is well positioned across the river in in the old part of town and is a comfortable place to stay. The rooms were clean, serviced regularly and comfortable. Unfortunately there is construction happening in the neighbouring building so the mornings can be a bit noisy but we didn't find it to be a big problem as we... More

Overall the hotel was clean and rooms were good value for what we paid, the only downfall was the bed sheets had rips in them and stains of god knows what. We asked them to be changed and when we returned there were different bed sheets but these still had stains on them we didn't bother asking again as I... More

We originally planned four nights but stayed an extra night. When we arrived the reception gave us a ground floor room but said if we wanted to move to a first floor room we could do so tomorrow which was great. The ground floor room was quite large but instead of a window it only had a wooden shutter which... More

Hi, we are two Germans who stayed at the An Hoi Hotel for 3 nights. The Hotel itself is OK and relatively clean. But the construction site next door kept us from getting a good rest. Bed lineses were torn too. The far worst was however was that the front desk gave us the wrong rate for our room. When... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff are friendly, rooms are pleasent and pool, though small, is clean and welcoming. The hotel the main, feels a little tied and could do with rejuvenation. Location is excellent: Opposite the river and very near the bridge to the old quarter. What lets this hotel down is the building work. Don't be surprised to... More

An Hoi hotel is a very nice hotel in the old city. The room was clean, no smell in my room, no noice. The woman Thang on the reseption was very nice and honest. The breakfast was on the balcony with a nice view. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the old town. It has a pool too which is great as the heat can get a bit much! Lovely breakfasts - we had banana pancakes with honey - they were freshly made and fab! The rooms are simple but good air-con and wifi. Most of the staff were lovely - a couple... More
