This hotel has some ups and downs and, therefore, it deserves a 3/5. Wifi was horrible (really horrible, almost impossible to use it in our rooms and at the pool) and food service at the pool could be better. Rooms were nice and comfortable, location is ok (not in the heart of the center, but very easy and cheap by... More

Absolutely loved my stay. The hotel is overall really modern, and the rooms are really big and bright. Room service food was very good. Couldnt try the outdoor pool due to the weather and the spa pool was always pretty crowded with kids. Beds were a bit hard to my taste but nonetheless very comfortable. There was some issues regarding... More

This boutique hotel is just outside Colonia along the beach road. There is a small pool but across the street is the beach for the Rio Plate river. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The king bed was broken down to two twins in our children's room. We had a small balcony that had a nice view of the beach.... More

The first impression was not good. The receptionist was not the best, she was rude, slow and unhelpful to our friends who had to share a bed because she blamed booking.com and us of not warning them that we wanted two beds. I also thought people from the restaurant were plain rude when I asked for towels for the pool... More

Check-in experience was not good, they gave my room to another couple and the receptionist completely forgot that I was still waiting in the lobby. If you don't make a reservation for a riverside view Suite then the balcony is just not worth it. The room is acceptable but I didn't like the fact that the bathroom didn't have a... More

A fabulous modern hotel, we loved the design of both the exterior and the interior. Reception/check-in/check-out experience was great. The room was very good, large balcony with chairs and a table, extremely comfortable king bed, the room had a dining area with table and chair plus mini kitchen with microwave, plates etc for 2. Wonderful modern bathroom, very good shower.... More

I spent the weekend here and highly recommend this Hotel. It is clean, friendly and well designed. The only downside is the walk to the historic center, I didn't mind as I love a walk but should consider if you want to be in the center.

I had missed my ferry and had to stay a night in Colonia before returning to Buenos Aires. I had called this hotel and booked the best suite (If I was going to stay in Colonia I wanted to stay in style and comfort). I was assured that it the the top suite and made the reservation. I took a... More

I stayed for 4 weeknights to have a bit of a rest. It was a great choice. There was barely any other guests so I had solo breakfasts and the pols to myself. I has a riverview room and did not regret the extra price, it was lovely! I had dinner on he balcony most nights and enjoyed he famous... More

The Costa Colonia is new and the rooms are spacious however lacking in some of the basics - kleenex, limited bathroom supplies... Staff very friendly. Riverview rooms were decieveing - peekaboo views at an angle of the river. Quite a hike into town with nothing around other than hotel restaurant. Also, did not like the fact that the hotel is...
