Superior room was standard size, mould on ceiling of bathroom. No lift, no help with luggage. No wifi in room that worked (signal too weak), breakfast poor, staff indifferent.
We were there for 2 days in February, and the only saving grace is its central location. Overpriced for current options, but by August 2012 there will be new rooms which...
