We stayed for one night last week. The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment and updating. The furniture was dated, and the rooms did not have a balcony. The contrast was very great from the RAK Hilton Resort, a lovely hotel which we had just stayed in.

I spent ten days in February with my two children.
Room was clean, restaurant buffet selection was rich and appealing.
The hotel is not on the sea. A courtesy bus takes you every hour to the Hilton Resort and SPA in 5 minutes and all the facilities were availale for free both at the swimming pools and on the beach....

We were placed in this hotel last minute as previously booked hotel being refurbished. I was very pleased to see that this was not a resort hotel as I have mobility problems and cannot walk far or climb stairs. All the staff at this hotel were helpful and courteous at all times and made my stay they most enjoyable. Thankyou.

probably one of the oldest hotels in Ras Al Khaimah, great friendly staff, easy check in and stay...however its time the hotel goes into refurbishment...kudos to the team that is running the place...

The hotel is actually a little better than I thought it would be, although it does remind me of the Travel Inn that Alan Partridge lived in for a year in series 1. The rooms are actually quite spacious and very comfortable and you must visit the nightclub next door called Stallions - Comedy gold!
