for those who don't want to go through my full terrible stay review at this hotel i say: THIS COULD BE THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTING HOTEL STAY, IT CAN'T BE A"HILTON", PROBABLY A STANDARD "MOTEL"!! This is far from being a 3 stars hotel!! I have spent a miserable weekend at this hotel with my family ! i thought from the... More

After researching both Hilton Ras al Khaimah and The Hilton Doubletree, located directly across the road, I booked the Hilton based on the reviews on Tripadvisor, and its five star rating. How misled can a person be! From the moment of arrival both my parter and I were shocked at the state of the property. It is tired, run down... More

Arrived during Eid ( which i don't recommed) at the Hilton Resort and Spa to find out it was the wrong hotel we where book in the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah. What a SHOCK!!!!!!! At checking there were three different groups of people complaining about there individual issues and that was while we were waiting to check in. Going to... More

nice hotel with only minor problems until today, Lobby bar no chance of being served early evening staff just stand there and if they do serve you forget your order. Good lesson for anyone arriving during Eide, don't bother as the place is over run by ignorant people who have no thought for others with kids running riot and the... More

I booked to go all inclusive for 1 week for my honeymoon at the hylton resort and spa but on checking in, they told me we were in the sister hotel which was this. To put it bluntly I cried from the minute I walked into this hotel. I have NEVER stayed in anything as dirty and outdated in my... More

Had a fabulous family holiday here. The staff are very helpful and the food is also great. Has a private pool too so stayed here as it is cheaper than staying in the Hilton Resort and Spa which is 5 minutes down the road. However there is a shuttle bus which takes you (for free) to the resort (where there... More

Had a really nice stay in Ras Al Khaimah, yes it is hot but the beer is cold. Booking All Inclusive is such good value and there is enough choice for everyone. Head down to the beach resort and stay there till the sun sets, it only worked out at about £5 in a taxi to come back later than... More

One word for this hotel- Amazing. Firstly, a personalised greeting from the manager Apoorva, who ensured our stay was perfect and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, and fresh fruit was brought in every day, a lovely touch. We got the shuttle bus to the sister hotel, Hilton Resort and Spa which...
