The hotel is old with very basic amenities and facilities; I just don't understand how it was a warded five stars hotel!! Towels tend to be an issue; almost every day we would request towels. Breakfast is limited in terms of selection and is repeated over and over. Gym is small with a few machines and broken ones. While there... More

I've stayed in this hotel a few times before and it's great that you can use the facilities of the sister hotels. This is the only good thing. This experience was prob the worst. Front desk was understaffed and check in took 20 Mins from the time we were served. Towels... Not even one to dry your hands. Bring your... More

When we asked for another towels, they told us that today is loundry day so they will give us more towels in the morning. Next day there were only 2 big towels... More

A dated and tired hotel that is saved by the the enthusiasm of the staff There is a organisational failure at the hotel .Little things take a long time to be resolved ie towels on on the first day of arrival took almost 4 hours to resolve !! What does save the hotel is the staff-they a keen and want... More

for those who don't want to go through my full terrible stay review at this hotel i say: THIS COULD BE THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTING HOTEL STAY, IT CAN'T BE A"HILTON", PROBABLY A STANDARD "MOTEL"!! This is far from being a 3 stars hotel!! I have spent a miserable weekend at this hotel with my family ! i thought from the... More

After researching both Hilton Ras al Khaimah and The Hilton Doubletree, located directly across the road, I booked the Hilton based on the reviews on Tripadvisor, and its five star rating. How misled can a person be! From the moment of arrival both my parter and I were shocked at the state of the property. It is tired, run down... More
