The cleanliness is good, but it needs a face lift. The baths are showing signs of wear and tear and are yellowed by water discolouration. Food is good and the staff are helpful. “Hilton RAK April 2013”

Good accomodation. Non-smoking room was smoke free not just air freshened. Pool is good, pool service non-existant and had to self serve at the pool bar window. Hoof and Finn restaurant tenderloin was more like rump steak.... tough and hard to cut and chew. Good lively bar if not too smokey. Staff friendly. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

“Great Deal”

While the hotel is neither new nor breath-taking, we did enjoy it. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is convenient, the landscaping is beautiful. The best perk, however, is the free access to Hilton Resort and Spa.
