We booked a weekend to get away from the busy and hectic life in Dubai. Upon arrival, the room was not yet ready, but we were early and we enjoyed a coffee in the lounge while Housekeeping quickly prepared the room. After a very short wait we could go to the room, still much earlier than could be expected. The... more

Booked an executive suite for 2 nights. When we arrived, there was water leaking in the bathroom. The problem was that the entire hotel was fully booked, hence we could only get a standard room. This was a small and smelly room. On the second day, they put us in the King Executive room...for the same price as the Executive... more

I've been to numerous hotels that claim to be five star hotels which promise you an unforgettable stay but this claim seems to have its boundaries within their brochures/ website. The Hilton Al Ain is the only hotel that seems to live up to their claims. It is ideally located in a quiet and peaceful area and the construction, though... more

April,2008 It was in the April-start or March-end, we stayed at the hotel. We liked so much that we didn't want to go out of the hotel. The country was so hot and dry aired but in the hotel premises it is so lush green that we liked to watch the garden. And it was their hospitality that impress us.... more

This hotel is understood to have been the first international hotel in Al Ain, built in 1973. The building is well maintained and so is the service which was the wonderful friendly old fashioned way where they made every effort to satisfy your comfort. This may be 'big chain' Hilton but it offered personal service. Flavours Restaurant is a superb... more

Needed to use my hotel reward points. For New Years weekend went to Al-Ain. After a 2hour drive was presented with a rude Manager & equally rude front desk staff. He hadnt heard of my reservation even though i had the printout confirmation in front of me. This was the final straw - will def not stay in any hilton... more

Stayed here with my wife for one night on a stop-over from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. First of all: do not miss Al Ain and spend there at least a couple of nights, it's a charming city and its oasis is wirth a visit (as is the fenced border with Oman). The hotel looks exactly like a US Hilton, that... more

We stayed here 6 days on Hilton honors points. We got upgraded to a corner suite, which were basically 2 rooms (a large and a normal) connected together, which was perfect for our family with 2 kids. Rooms have a balcony. Hotel is old and you can see that in the design and furniture. Everything is maintained well and they... more

Hotel located in absolutely awful area. Nothing to see and full of men rather than women. No beach available and room design very simple. Not very impressed with the staff. more

We stayed at the Al-Ain Hilton for two nights. We had a twin room which was quiet, bright, airy and clean with comfortable beds. We were on the forth floor so we had a nice view and the balcony meant we could enjoy the pleasant breeze in the evening. A couple of chairs would have been an extra nice touch... more
