I came with my one year old baby. This place is amazing. So convenient and great for kids!! I rented suite 2 and it was very nice. I highly recommend and plan to come back next summer. So glad I found this place!

We spent a week in Amagansett, and there couldn't have been a better place to stay. We were in The Captain's Cottage which has been recently remodeled. Leslie and Jed, the owners and managers, were so welcoming and helpful every day. They had basic groceries waiting for us in the refrigerator when we arrived. The units and cottages are on... More

A group of my girlfriends (4 of us total) spent my birthday weekend at Gansett Green Manor and I must admit, it was my favorite birthday weekend thus far! Leslie and her husband were the most wonderful hosts; helping us with the beach cruisers and being very accommodating on recommendations to go out and eat. They also graciously allowed my... More

We stayed at Gansett Green Manor for the weekend. It was our first time visiting the area and it was enjoyable. The staff was very welcoming. The grounds are quiet and very relaxing. Our room was cozy and comfortable. We could walk into the little town and there was a lovely farmers market to visit. We would recommend Gansett Green... More

We stayed in the Inn Keeper's Cottage. It had just been redone and it was immaculate! Located on the Main Street conveniently between Jack's and the farmer's market. The cottage has two bedrooms with a master bath complete with jetted tub. The cottage also includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with a lovely front porch. Our only... More

We stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We were a group of 6 and stayed in the Captain's Quarters. The accommodations were cozy but spacious. The vibe is very Hamptons chic and the bathrooms are updated and modern. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. They were willing to personally take care of any request and made... More

My husband and I have been going to Gansett Green Manor for many years -and most recently spent Memorial Day weekend there. We notice improvements every time we arrive for a long weekend or a longer stay and the owners are extremely dedicated to making their guests comfortable and stay enjoyable. Since we last stayed here (over Christmas) we've noticed... More

There are new owners, not the same blonde woman from last year, she was great, (sorry she sold it). There is really no staff, I only saw one housekeeper. I think the new owners are trying to do everything by themselves. Big mistake ! They both seemed overwhelmed and I detected a slight air of arrogance. The rooms are just... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments regarding your stay with us.The lovely blonde woman to whom you refer, was not the owner, but the former property manager, who left Long Island to follow her heart to Georgia. While it pains us that you had an unpleasant experience, we wanted you to know, that we... More

Our third summer in a row at Gansett Green Manor was not a disappointment. Same friendly staff, pleasant accommodations and no complaints. Loved inviting friends and family to join us in the garden. I did bring my own (soft) pillows this year and slept very well. We only wish we had more time off from work and could stay longer…... More

At first glance, it appears the inn is a quaint place to stay in beautiful Amagansett. Unfortunately, since it was built in the 1800's, it does not have a modern septic system. We stayed in the only room in the main house with 3 small children. Upon check-in, we were not advised that flushable baby wipes could not be used... More

As of mid -October, 2013, Gansett Green Manor has been sold an is under new ownership/management. We regret that these guests suffered the problems that they mention in their review and have since addressed these issues.
