Hasnt changed since we were here 2 years ago. NO SPA facilities! That would have been great. The wifi is free and worked in the rooms. Our room was on the sunny side so it took for ever for the air conditioner to cool the room down. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 3 nights. It was clean and had all services. Service was satisfactory and recommend this hotel if visiting the wonderful city of Uzhgorod. This city has a romatic sense to it. A short walk from the hotel along the river takes you to the city square with lots of shops,... More

The idea of having spa, bania, gym, hotel and descent resstaurant is good but the execution is poor. I had a luxury room as they call it with soviet stile decor. Above my room there was a gym which felt like there is a construction going on all day long and sometimes aerobics. Windows were facing some kind of yard... More

We stayed one night. Kind of grand but from a few decades ago. The rooms were large and nice and we had a nice view. The staff were friendly and actually knew English. Carpets in the corridors need changing. Breakfast was ok too. Price good for this hotel. Even had a pianist at breakfast.

I spent 1 night in a standard room at this hotel. Everything reminded me of the Soviet era - room, bathroom, bed, hallway, carpeted floor, and atmosphere. It was quite cheap, though. It's not far from a city centre. A nice surprise was an excellent buffet breakfast and a live piano music during breakfast hours. It can be ok for 1 night.

We already stayed in many hotels in the U.S.A. and Europe, but Hotel Uzhgorod was the best stay ever!! We paid only 52 euro for 1 night for two adults. We had an awesome large and clean room. Also the restaurant was phenomenal! We also met a boy who worked there. I thought his name was Oleksandr. He spoke our... More

I often use this hotel while passing by Uzhgorod as a transit point.I would not agree that it is the newest hotel in Uzhgorod as it was opened sometime in the 1960s but was quite well renovated recently. Rooms are always clean and cosy. All facilities are working properly. Wired Internet access in rooms is provided free. Secured parking is... More

I visited Uzhgorod and the beautiful Western Ukraine countryside several time in the past 2 years. I had possibility to check various hotels before I once tried out the Hotel Uzhgorod which looked always so nice and modern at night (ilumination). Honestly I don't want to continue anymore triying elsewhere: for me this is best value in town! Local people... More
