Food in general ok, but service from administrators is terrible They forgot half of our dinner and refused to compensate properly. They offer botlle of champagne from €2,=, for a dinner of €325,00. They said that that is max what is possible!! Verry bad bad service from administrator. Waitress nothing to complain, she served perfectly!

After a long and exhausting drive on the miserable roads of the Ukraine we have found an asylum in this nice and pleasant hotel of the capital of Bukovina. Not exactly in the center but within a short walking distance from the center this hotel is a very reasonable (price) and wonderful (the garden). The staff, the service, the food... More

The hotel is relatively good. Breakfast was average in quality, but very varied. The rooms are modest, the furniture is old. Personnel does not speak English and this is the biggest complaint. Spa center is open only until 11h!

Service, restaurants, and rooms were very nice. Would reccomend this hotel if staying in this city. Has all services and there is a little market to by snacks to the left which was convenient. It was in fair walking distance to downtown. Took about 10 minutes. Shopping and eats were all delightful.

Bukovyna is typical example of Soviet architecture, however, it is renovated in excellent way and is very well maintained. Rooms are relatively small but quite newly renovated and cozy. Hotel also offers excellent breakfast with fresh and varied food. Its restaurant is nicely renovated with an attempt at poshness. It also has wonderful terrace with huge windows which must look... The carpet on the stairs are torn. My single room didn't even have a chair in it. The bathroom had a dirty tub. The tile was falling off the walls. The business center had free internet use. 40 Ukraine dollars for a glass of poor quality white vine.

It's a big soviet-era style hotel, but this is no the biggest problem. The problem is that the service is also very close to what we have experienced over 30 years ago in then USSR. They bark at you everywhere: at the parking lot, at the reception, on the floors, in the restaurant - literally everywhere. The bellman is staying... More

The rooms are about medium size, mine had a couch and a desk. That was a nice touch. There was also only a few plug ins to charge things so we had to get up to change camera, and ipods and such. The air-conditions didn't work well. The storm knocked out the wifi for almost a complete day. The little... More

This is a very good hotel, with excellent service, great rooms and an outstanding breakfast with a wide choice from the buffet. If you visit Chernivtsy, this is the place to stay for a very reasonable price.
