From the Intourist two days ago. The rooms are small but cozy and neat, the lobby is modern, the bar and lounge area fantastic, front desk service wonderful. There is an excellent and affordable sushi restaurant in the hotel, and also a great traditional Ukrainian food restaurant that I believe is also owned by the same people who run the... More

We pulled in late with no reservation. The desk staff spoke fine English but were not interested in working on rates. Ended up paying 20% more than the booking.com rate. The lobby was plush and modern. The room the same. Only disappointment was breakfast. 9 bucks for ham sausage lunchmeat, hard cheese, egg logs and buckwheat. Next time I will... More

This was my second stay at the Intourist. I stayed there in 2013. I was very surprised at my check-in that they had made a note that I was repeat guest. I did get a discount on my room. They ended up changing my room as the first night I had a room with two beds so they asked if... More

i visited the hotel during my vacation in January 2013 , the hotel from outside very nice and located in the city center which give you the possibility to move around the city without any difficulties, the issue we faced that staff un -professional , they charge me extra , very rude and no care at all , as i... I only stayed the one night in the hotel and in general have no real complaints. The disco didn't seem to bother me too much and I didn't eat in the hotel. Staff seemed friendly and as I speak Russian I guess this helped. The quality of the hotel would be no more than three stars in my opinion, and... More

This 4-star-hotel has a very good location - it is situated in the city center of Zaporozhye (at the 10-km long prospect named after Lenin) and offers 230 rooms to its guests. It's an old Soviet type of hotel that was renovated several years ago and offers quite spacious accommodation. The rooms are clean and equipped with free Wi Fi,... More

Just stayed in the Intourist a week ago. I stayed for nine days. Very good experience. I had a room above Crowbar and had no problem sleeping. The staff was very helpful and very friendly...far better than anything I have experienced in all my trips to Las Vegas hotels. Those who could not speak English still tried their best to... More

My stay in Intourist Hotel Zaporozhye has been disappointing. The Hotel is also running a Disco and night club. The music does not allow to sleep at night. Especially he basses hammer through the whole hotel (I changed the room several times). Countless young people gather in the Lobby that is directly connected to disco. Breakfast buffet is not good.... More

It was a nice place, with twin beds next to each other as might expect. Luckily I had one of the few non smoking rooms. The lobby cafe/bar is open all night, but a bit pricey for the region. There is a nice "pizzeria" next door and a few kiosks and a super market behind the hotel that are very... More
