This backpackers is very conveniently located a ten minute drive away from the airport. If you need a place to crash before or after your flight, go for it. The rooms are humble but clean and the staff are very lovely. They can help arrange your airport transfer, organise a trip etc. it's also a great place to meet other... More

We spent there last night of our Uganda trip after finding out that the guesthouse we wanted to stay was already fully booked. Entebbe Backpackers immediately found a nice room for the three of us and the price was incredibly low. At first I thought they are quoting per person per night, but it turned out it was per room... My wife and I recently did a three week trip around Uganda and East Africa, and we stopped in at Backpackers each time we went to the airport. It offers an extremely simple and affordable airport pickup/dropoff, which was a huge plus. The location is also within easy walking distance of a great supermarket, a pool (at a nearby hotel),... We stayed here for one night after coming in from the airport. I came to Uganda to do a Yoga Teacher Training Program that was in Luweero. This was a perfect place to come after a long flight. Beautiful grounds, very clean, and comfortable. We came in on a Friday night and there wasn't any other people there except some... More

I only stayed 1 night. Staff is very friendly and room are decent, but overall not the best stay. The young backpackers that stay there are not often very respectful of others and they very extremely noise at night. I know it's not the hotel's fault but they should do something about it. They organised airport transport for us and... More

I stayed here in May 2015, and once again it was he perfect stay. Myself and a number of volunteers stayed here for 2 weeks. This is my 4th time here and I don't think my visits to Uganda would be complete with staying at backpackers. The staff make you feel very welcome, and are very friendly. The location is... More

At first my opinion was to stay for 1night here but I stayed 3nights because it was very calm and restful. beautiful green environment in the garden make it a good place to have your breakfast and enjoy. The cleaning staffs were kind and polite. The frontdesk staff "benjamin" was helpful. The price was the cheapest. If you are a... More

Typical backpackers. A lick of paint here and there wouldn’t hurt, but then again, that’s backpackers for you. I stayed in the dorm, which is like every other backpacker dorm, except it has its own bathroom. It’s very very cheap. A bed in a dorm will cost you 18 000 shillings, which is the cheapest accommodation I’ve had while in... More

Slightly overpriced. Front desk staff not very helpful. Won't let you use kitchen. Plus side empty dorms and service staff friendly. Electricity on and off. Pool available fan in room doesn't work. Plenty of mosquitoes
