The room was so stenched in cigarette smoke, I could not breathe or sleep. Even the bathroom stank of cigarette smoke.Curtain was broken, would not close at all. Nowhere to put anything in bathroom. I was told there were no non-smoking rooms in the hotel. When put in a new room, there was mould on the curtains and it still... More

This hotel was in walking distance to all attractions and good restaurants. The room was a good size and modern . The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was average but adequate. We were in a room at the front with a lot of traffic noise and also across the road was a night club with loud music until... More

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour. The hotel appears to be two buildings joined together. The rooms were located in nooks and crannies and I had to step over a high stoop to get into my room. The room did not have a view but it was clean and comfortable. As the room was away from... We were there as part of a Peregrine tour and found the hotel to be safe, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well positioned to all of the facilities and sightseeing. Its also very close to the bazaars if you are into those. The staff have limited English but are very helpful. The wiFi worked but was a little slow.... More

Top hotel. Very classy decor from rooms to bathroom included. Red leather armchairs in the room, comfortable beds. Air conditioning units. Bathroom was very modern and whole room totally clean. Staff had limited English but this was a very nice hotel in a good location on a main street which was 'happening'. Close enough to walk to local sites. Internet... More

We stayed last year in Kösk, and found it quite nice and charming - especially the furniture mix of old-fashioned real wood, and moderne fake-leather armchairs. The room was spacious. The staff nice and helpful, carried our bags. This time was rather a disappointment: staff indifferent, no help with bags, smaller room, all furniture new, stark, formica. We were 2... More

The rooms are clean the power shower knocks you over but the single rooms are in the centre of the hotel with a window opening onto a four foot square air shaft. Other that that centraly located and if you are only sleaping in the room ok.

This three star hotel was wonderful! We were on a tour from hell with our guide, Tigran Babayan, who was dead set on putting our group up in flea bags. We put our foot down and so he agree to put us in this remarkable hotel. Located just off the main square on a busy street, one has access to... More
