We stayed at the lend of October and the greeting we first goit was warm and freindley one. The appartments were verly clean and tidy.The staff were all excellent, to point out one secion of staff would be unfare but the cleaners were always on top of things. Stayed here in the school holidays for 2 weeks. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Entertanment team are fun and keep you amused all day and night. This hotel is normally self catering but when you get too resort you can upgrade to half board which is great value for money the food was of a really good standard.... more

This hotel was lovely. We stayed for two weeks, we were self catering but ate at the hotel most of the time. It was really nice food. The rooms were imaculate, cleaners in everyday. just returned from Club Aida 15 October. This is a super hotel, spotlessly clean and rooms are well comfortable. Entertainment team are very hard working and give it 200% to keep you entertained. Bar and waiting staff are the most friendly I have ever met. Food in the restaurant is very reasonably priced for a 4* hotel and it's good.... more

when we turned up,it look's lovely and clean,the apartments are very clean with good maid service,and that is when the good bit's about this place stop!.first they charge you £30 per week for air con(a bit steep!)the main pool is just over 6ft deep,and i mean the whole pool!(no shallow end!!) around the pool the tiled floor is so slippery... more

Reception service was very good. Hotel is lovely and very clean. The pool area is fantastic. Maid service fantastic. Food is not the best. I'd recommend eating outwith the hotel.
