Mert hotel was inviting from the moment we arrived. Very clean and spacious ,staff very friendly, got checked in quickly . Our room was quite small, the air conditioning didnt work very well ,so asked to be transfered, and they did the next morning, with a better room with more storage and the air conditioning worked great. We booked this holiday on the web through tesco. Our first impressions of the hotel were good. We arrived at 3 am, check in was fast and efficient. we dropped our bags and were able to buy a drink from the bar downstairs, there was music on , but it was very low, could not hear it from our room.... more
