Mert hotel was inviting from the moment we arrived. Very clean and spacious ,staff very friendly, got checked in quickly . Our room was quite small, the air conditioning didnt work very well ,so asked to be transfered, and they did the next morning, with a better room with more storage and the air conditioning worked great. We booked this holiday on the web through tesco. Our first impressions of the hotel were good.
