We went half board in July 2009 for 3 nights. Its a 2 hour transfer from Dalaman airport to the hotel, not so good if you have a late night flight! The staff were helpful to us but were very stressed and seemede to be overworked. This was mainly because at the time we stayed there, the hotel was full of Bulgarian students who dominated everything.
