Apart from not kettle being in the room when requested for a baby (but soon sorted out) we had a lovely time. Food selection was good, the rooms were cleaned to a good standard and the cot bed looked brand new.

We went for a week in July 2013 for our honeymoon - Night manager was a star, waiters were greasy perverts chasing & chatting up the young girls 14/15+ ! All in inclusive Food was shocking to be honest, the all inclusive drinks were a joke !! The beer you was like alcohol free, we stayed in the so called... More

This hotel is off very high standards and would recommend staying here. Me and my girlfriend spent 2 weeks here in August. After visiting Marmaris in the past i was looking forward to my time away but wasn't sure off the hotel due to bad reviews in the past!! But on arrival soon realised the hotel had just had a... More

well in general i have to say, the building, the rooms and the cleaning of the room was good, and boys and girls at the reception are very friendly, but their supervisors and managers were definetly not guest oriented or helping at all. When I arrived, I asked if I could get a room on the seaside (they have two... More

Dear Sir; Please note that the rooms at Emre Beach Hotel are more expensive. That's why there is an upgrade fee. Please note that since we are an all-inclusive (AI) hotel, friends of our guests who would like to use the restaurants and facilities need to get an AI bracelet. However, since your friend wanted to stay for the night,... More

Stayed a week, 12th Oct 2013. GENERALLY: This hotel needs a little more work to bring it up to 4 star standard (even taking into account the rating system differences from country to country). Staff would benefit from giving their full attention to you when you are speaking to them at reception. One chap couldn't take his eyes off his... More

Dear Sandra; We appreciate your detailed comments and input. It seems the main issue with your stay was the mattress. While this is the first review we got this year that mentioned the mattress, we will be buying a few reserve softer mattresses for next year. As for the WiFi, please note that during our travels, we frequently encounter non-free... More

We stayed at the Emre Hotel June 2013 and again October 2013, the rooms are a good size and very clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Emre Hotel is across the road from the Emre Beach hotel where most of the facilities are, but this was not a problem it is only a few yards to walk.... More

Dear Sir or Madam; Honestly, we don't know how to respond to your review, as it seems your main point of dissatisfaction was incorrect information given about the hotel. We have no idea who gave you such information, but we just can't see why we should be responsible for it. You also mention the drinks. Please note that all our... More
