An amazing boutique hotel which successfully combines luxury accomodation with true nature. Friendly and professional staff, charming location, crystal clear sea and luscious food! Golden Key has been our summer ritual for the last three years and I strongly recommend it to anyone who seeks a peaceful but quality holiday.

We came for the second time and saw some improvements. They used to charge extra for omelettes at breakfast which was crazy for a hotel with these prices, but theystopped now. They still charge extra for afternoon tea which is only one hour and is not in keeping with custom in Turkish hotels. They renovated the rooms which is good,... More

We stayed in the Golden Key the last week of July and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The hotel is located on a river amongst the trees of the forest which makes it a unique setting. The trees give shade and there was a constant cooling breeze. It is also quite remote (a 12km drive from the nearest metalled road)... More

We had our holiday to Bordubet through Exclusive Escapes and had the most amazing holiday, this is a true sanctuary. We had a large beautiful room looking over the river, with a boat trip daily to the beach club a resort we will revisit. The food is simple but excellent and the BBQ evenings are wonderful. I can recommend the land... More

We have just returned from a weeks stay for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect escape. We stayed in one of the African suites, room 214, which was gorgeous. It was in a great location, right by the pool and the balcony looked over the river and onto the gardens beyond. One quick note about the room is that... More

Beautiful setting. Gorgeous gardens. Boat trip to beach club is great fun. Food at beach club and breakfasts excellent. Dinner good but nothing special. Would have liked more traditional Turkish food rather than generic buffet. Our room, Observation Room, in need of serious refurb but other rooms looked lovely. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

The price that we paid do not meet with our expectations. Service terrible both at restaurant and at the beach. Rooms not cleaned well. It used to be a nice place with quality staff. Now no need to visit one more time...

I only visited the beach area so I can only talk about how the time can be spent in the day at the beach. So here are the pluses: Lovely nature. You can lay at the beach listening to crickets whilst wind plays around in your hair. You are pretty much staring into a bay of tress no hotels or... More

I highly recommend the hotel. The nature, the ambiance is really amazing.Especially you will love the nature.Surrounded with green, everthing is more than perfect. Only the sea was less than my expectation. However, for the whole evaluation, it is very romantic and natural place.

We stayed here for the first 2 weeks of September. We were looking for peace and relaxation and most certainly found it. Food was good enough considering it was a buffet - the barbecue evenings were particularly good. Beach club food was excellent. Room was spacious and cool, massive comfy bed, light on the balcony would have been nice but... More
