I stayed here in September 2012, with my partner. Although most things were acceptable, there is nothing at all that shines about this hotel. The food is fine, but boring and too much of it is processed. The rooms are large enough and kept reasonably clean, but are poorly maintained and decorated. The location is good; quiet and isolated, but... More

Stayed at Verano in June 2014, found the staff very helpful, always on hand and did their best (didn't speak much English, but really tried). Food was always fresh, predominantly traditional Turkish (if you want English food this would not be for you) however we knew this prior to booking. Room were acceptable, nice size, working air con, and very... More

I have been meaning to write this review since our return in June 2013. We had a great holiday and loved the remote location, gorgeous views, lovely long walks along the coastline and beach. This was an amazing value for money holiday, if you are looking for a lively location with entertainment and all the English comforts then this holiday... More

We arrived at this 'beach resort' whilst on a boat trip (which was also poor to be fair)... and were expected to use the facilities at this hotel - cafe/bar and free sunloungers - for an hour and a half. Was so appalled at the state of this hotel and so-called beach (which I likened more to a gravel car... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Verano from 3rd-13th September and really couldn't find much to complain about or at least to the extent of some of the reviews below... bad points were: lack of entertainment. We went for a quiet holiday but unless you travelled to the nearby Turunc, there was nothing to do, however this would suit... More

Been back 2 days, have been going over in my mind how to give this hotel a fair review, which is difficult. We don't do moaning and always try to make the most of things but!!!! This hotel could have so much going for it, but it really lacks TLC, I know its towards the end of there season, but you... More

Just returned from a week at the Verona .. to say you get what you pay for is an understatement. Didn't expect to have a full English menu but to have something at least which was edible each day would have been nice. They only seem to cater for the Turkish, Russian in fact every nationality other than English. The... More
