Memo and his family are true jewels in the hostel/pension world. Great Turkish hospitality, very kind people who had a big part of my best travel story ever. Memo arranged for a 24 hour scooter rental for about $35US for me and gave me a great route to travel through the coastal, country and mountain roads and towns around Marmaris,... More

I have just returned from a 10 night holiday in Marmaris with my boyfriend and we were delighted with the hospitality we received here. The rooms are basic......we stayed in room 20 (on the first floor) which had a double bed, private bathroom, TV, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, and a fridge (think we got lucky with this room!). Everything... More

I booked a single room. It was very cheap, yes. But it was really like to sleep in a old kitchen, with tiles everywhere until the ceiling, bad smelling furniture, no ventilator and noisy neighbors. The shared bathroom was at the limit of the acceptability, I have never found something so ugly and rotten in all my trips. Maybe the... More

This family owned and run accommodation was a delight, on arrival you are welcomed with open arms and a cup of tea. The rooms are basic, clean and well located within walking distance of town centre and the harbour. WIFI available on all levels with varying degree of strength. The family give you full access to their kitchen to cook... More

Great cozy place in the middle of marmaris to just crash in for the nights and enjoy the activities around marmaris. 5 mins walk from beach and city center. Very friendly and flexible hosts. Also don't forget to meet the fattest cat in Turkey!

Rooms are pretty basic but for this price I think it's fair enough. Memo is a friendly and humorous host whom you can go to for any questions you have. Other people in the hotel are nice as well. There are also several cats in the hotel (including the fattest cat!) so if you're a cat lover you'll have a... More

Arrive into Marmaris after nearly 24 hours of ferrying through greece and straight away i was approached by the owner who was not pushy and offered a cheap double room. I was very glad to find him! All the help we could need was offered and tips on where to find cheap authentic turkish food aswell. The room was simple... More

My sister and I stayed here and felt immediately like members of the family. The manager, Memo, really makes the experience worth it. He told us how to get to beaches with practically no tourists and always had apple tea ready for us when we used the wifi in the main courtyard. Very good wifi by the way. The room... More

Simply the best place to stay in Marmaris. great atmosphere and the best hospitality you'll probably ever receive. Mehmet is a legend, hire a Jeep and get him to show you where to go, you'll have a blast. And you have to meet his sister!
