I booked this hotel because I was doing a diving course and the diving centre is in the hotel grounds. For a tired diver needing to crash, it was right on the money. It is exactly what I expected from the reviews. It's a bit run down and basic, towels and sheets are ancient but kept clean. Water wasn't hot... more

What a disappointment this hotel was - rated a 3 star and photos looked lovely. Booked it as a pressie for my lovely man's 50th...what a shock when we walked in the reception area - dire! OK it was cheap but the rooms and passageways need some serious TLC! Gardern too was a tip something the manager could have done... more

er... dogs, cockerels, mosques, heat, and all at 7am. this hotel is at the cheap end and it knows it. its nestled in-between two boatyards on the edge of town. the distance isnt a problem as there are frequent and cheap bus services to the centre however the location really is more industrial zone than residential. the rooms are basic... more

Not a great stay to be honest. The pool was out of order for several days due to someone filling it with too much chlorine, and was very very grimy indeed preceeding this problem about half way through our two week stay. The holiday from start to finish was a bit of a disaster with the hotel for a start... more

Firstly if you don't like dogs or cats then DO NOT GO TO FETHIYE but if you don't mind them then this is a lovely place. I am not a dog or cat lover and the fact that there were a fair few wild dogs around it really put me off coz i couldn't go for walks along the harbour... more

Firstly a big thankyou to everyone who slated the hotel, i've just returned on oct the 13th , the hotel has been repainted and little bits of TLC added to make it even better. I really dont understand why people book here then slate the place, your paying £3.60 a night b+b for gods sake!!! This year the service as... more

Where do I start??? Maybe with "Dont go there!!!!!", This has got to be the worst hotel i have every had the privilege of visiting. We arrived at approx 10.30pm to an very old, tatty, dirty reception area where two men were lying on sofa beds with a cigarrette hanging out of their mouths, not a warm welcome after spending... more

i have just returned today and write this as a warning to anyone who may thinking of staying there! i can support other reviewers that this hotel needs some love and care and it would be one to recommend. it is 30 mins walk to the town centre but the dolmus takes less than 5 mins and runs until 1230am... more

Our two teenage children plus my husband and I had 6 nights at the Mediteran Hotel. We looked at all the reviews before booking, so didn't expect too much, but the cheap prices meant that our two teens (girl & boy) had a room each. The reviews were spot on - spacious, clean rooms and helpful staff and fantastic location... more

We have just returned after a week at the Mediteran Hotel. The hotel was set in a good location, with good harbour views looking across to Fethiye. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed from hairdryer etc. Both the room and bathroom were keep very clean my the maids, who came in daily. Well worth paying £3 pounds... more
