This hotel is just amazing from the moment you arrive, until the moment you have to leave. The reception staff, guest relations, bar staff, cleaners, maintenance, and instructors are excellent. This is a very noisy hotel. Every room suffers. There is no respite. Disco music pounds your entire body till midnight every night. It is simple unbearable. The dining room is full of children, yelling and screaming unabated. There is a "serenity beach" where childrern abound although not allowed. No one implements any of the rules limiting cell phone use... more
