Stayed here while on tour. Rooms were ok but mattresses were a little on the worn side meaning they were a little thin on the padding. however, the food buffet dinner and breakfast offered plenty of choices and were very good. All in all this hotel was a fair choice for one night. Staff not very interactive but then Konya... More

We stayed here one night as part of a tour.Nice entrance lobby and welcome. We enjoyed the evening buffet and found a good range of food to suit all tastes.Room was smallish..not a problem but the shower didn't work well. Some rather offhand staff but that wasn't universal, some more polite than others.

This hotel has quite unattractive decor and the rooms are small. The elevator is small and is a little scary to travel in. The staff essentially spoke no English and weren't either helpful or at all friendly they had no information about their city and gave us simply the worst map I have ever been given by any hotel ever... One of the oldest hotels in Konya, close to the center. There is the biggest shopping Mall behind the hotel.Rooms are a little small but have what you will need at this kind of hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of choices. Some nights live turkish music at The Restaurant.

Very basic and spartan room. Wait staff and front desk staff were largely unfriendly, except for one young man at the front desk. No black out curtains. Good location. Room was clean, AC worked well. Hearing the call to prayer at 5:20 am from the minaret outside our window added a quaint charm to the room.

I spent 2 nights here with my friends. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was also great if i compare with other western Anatolia hotels. The problem was, staff can not speak English well or they do not work cooperation with their colleagues. Even though we had been informed at night shift receptionist about our laundry, they changed... More

If you don't plan to stay in your room this place is OK. Most of the things to do in Konya are close enough to get to from here good public transit is a block away. People at the desk were very helpful. I was on a tour so I came with a group and we had a great time... More

a few of us asked, seperately, for the price of getting laundry done. we were each told 8 maybe 10 lira. when collecting the washed laundry prices suddenly varıed between 94 and nearly 200 lira & the laundry was wet. we all made it clear we were not happy with this and the evening staff assured us the service would... My only complaint is - laundry service - be careful if sending out laundry. Priced according to piece, and came back wet! Laundry is unacceptable. Hotel however is fine. This hotel was booked for a group tour with buffet breakfast and dinner included. The food served was good but not excellant, and service was good and attentive. One person on... More

We were happy with the hotel, but you got to ignore the staff or they need to change it ASAP! The room was comfortable and brand new; a bit fancy, but also a bit kitschy style. Our room was clean. The food is good, both breakfast and diner- open buffet, lots of different things, fresh and tasty. Nevertheless, Konia is... More
