Given it's small number of rooms and the hotel decoration, makes you feel you are entering your house after a long day tour! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Humble breakfast was served in a simple lounge as if sitting in your own kitchen. By all accounts i recommend this hotel to people searching for a real Konya experience!... More

Traveling by bus from Cappadocia to Ephesus, I decided to break up the trip by spending a night in Konya. By all accounts, the Dervis seemed to be great place to stay. So, I jumped in a cab at the bus station and 20 minutes and 35 TL later, I arrived at the hotel, unannounced and without a reservation. Luckily,... More

Can't speak highly enough about our stay in this wonderfully restored Ottoman house. The staff are so friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and simply but beautifully decorated. Had the best shower ever in Turkey! Had been upgraded to better room for free without us asking. The Turkish breakfast is wonderful with lots of... More

We saw nothing but kindness and great customer service at this hotel. It is one of the cleanest hotels we have visited. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have had, simply because the ingredients were all fresh and good quality. The location is fantastic (right next to the... More

We came to Monya with a purpose. Stayig at Konya Dervish mad it all possoible even though we were here for 2 nights only. Why? Staff - all well trained and personally involved in the hotel. The information they provide is very good and reliable. Location - beautifully positioned for the centre, markets and so on and for the main... More

If I could rate this hotel a "six," I would. Location: in a converted Ottoman house, five minutes walk from the Mevlana Museum. Room: comfortable bed, old-style decoration, clean en suite bathroom. Breakfast: the best we had in Turkey, served buffet style, including freshly pressed juice, homemade mulberry jam and grape molasses, omelettes, brown bread and filter coffee made with... More

We loved our stay at the small, family run, clean and comfortable Konya Dervish Hotel, especially because of the very kind, helpful and hospitable owners. The location is good, not right in the busy center, on a quieter street, about a 5 minute walk to the center of town. By chance we arrived to a free music festival around Rumi’s... More

This is a beautiful old Ottoman mansion. The room are beautifully restored and decorated, spacious and comfortable. Very convenient and surprisingly quiet location. The host is the most accommodating, charming and helpful we've ever encountered. He made tour arrangements for us and offered lots of excellent advice. The breakfast was amazing. Best place we've stayed in Turkey....one of the best... More

Restored Turkish home. One of Bests overnight hotels I have stayed in on a trip. The rooms were very clean with authentic looking artwork and carpets. The staff were very friendly and helpful- the breakfast more than adequate for every taste- would definitely recommend to anyone. Love the idea of taking your shoes off as you entered as you would... This is a beautiful hotel, our best stay in Turkey. The owner is extremely hospitable, speaks excellent English, and is full of useful suggestions as to what to see and where to go. Because of his, and his colleague's advice, we made the most of our Saturday evening stay, by going to the Cultural Centre and seeing the Whirling Dervishes... More
