I stayed at this hotel for two nights right at the beginning of Ramazan (Ramadan), and chose it ahead of the nearby Hotel Rumi due to Ani and Sems's better location and cheaper rate. In hindsight, I should have just gone to Hotel Rumi! Ani and Sems is situated halfway between Alaadin and Mevlani Museum, and I was quoted €35 a night in a fairly spacious twin room. Rumi was charging €50, but was much nicer and had hot water!
The hotel itself is ok - staff are good (reservation by phone in English was no problem at all, and you can pay by credit card when checking out). There's free in-room wi-fi, or you can use the internet terminal in the reception. There's also a lift, good air-con and there's a supermarket right next door to the hotel so everything's quite handy. Best of all is its handy location to the main street, tram stop and bazaar at Konya.
