We booked through booking.com for this hotel. We booked for five days. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was very nice. The swimming pool was okay, it could have been bigger. The breakfast was very nice with a wide selection. But then the service was absolutely horrid. The staff at the breakfast would stare at you and would... More

We stayed three nights at this hotel. Rooms: The room was spacious, with plenty of storage space. Comfortable bed. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner (no body lotion); complimentary pair of slippers (it would make more sense of course to provide two pairs). No complimentary bottle of water, no heater for preparing coffee/tea. View was disappointing. Annoying is the automatic light... More

We loved the location because of its close proximity to the Kordon area for dining along the Aegean Sea. Rooms were adequate. Wish the temperature of the water in the swimming pool had been warmer. Breakfasts were good.

This hotel was good but not memorable. Good service, good food, decent sized rooms. Rooms are rather small and the mattresses were quite firm as seem to be characteristic in Turkey. Bring your own wash cloth.

This hotel feels like a business hotel even though we were there on a tour. The rooms and bathrooms were adequate. We had no trouble with noise even thought it is on a busy street. The plus was we could walk everywhere. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but there was a good assortment of choices and very good... More

The property has a very business hotel feel - big well maintained rooms, functional dining area with limited seating capacity and limited spread of food. It seemed more apt for a conference set-up where you could have food prepared as per your group's order. However, the big USP of this property is its locations - it is located very close... More

This hotel is walking distance away from promenade by the sea. Very good rooms. Decent spread of breakfast. Not a great variety of choice for dinner. Good value but seemed more like a hotel for business travelers than leisure travelers. But let this not stop you from considering this place if you want to stay at 'walking distance' from promenade... More

If you have read my other hotels reviews, you know that I try to review hotels based on value--I hold a Hilton or Sheraton to a higher standard than a Motel 6. I do not have a reference point, however, for the Ontur hotel since the cost was part of a tour package. Therefore, I cannot speak to the value... More

It is a very good hotel. In good location, very good and big rooms, very clean. The food was very good also comparing to the food of other 4 or 5 stars hotels, we have been before. The only fault I found was that I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, as there was no elavator by the... More

There's something missing as well as the kettle, tea and coffee. For example - a great shower inside a cheap fitting glass shower frame, but that's not it either. First the positives. Friendly very helpful staff. Very clean and very safe and quite central to most places you might want to visit in Izmir. And, if you are in Izmir... More
