if you are not going out after night, this is a fine hotel to stay at. otherwise be careful going down the streets perpendicular to it at night (i forget there is one with a bazaar that I would not walk down). The locals told us while we were looking for a place to drink tea that it was "not a safe area" for us to be in after dark. The hotel was fine, nothing special. Breakfast was great but other than that I would probably say stay somewhere else. more
