We were given a nice room on the first floor with a great outlook over the bay. However we did need to open the windows for a while to let the room air. Air conditioning was a little underpowered. We stayed here recently and really enjoyed our time there. It is right across the street from the waterfront and great walking distance (5-7 minutes) from Konak Square and the ferry dock.
