I loved the reviews called up and reception mentioned she wanted 200euro. Tried booking online then all of a sudden prices went up. The pool entrance is extra. Massage extra. Even though I know the language and mentioned the Internet deal she was rude and said bad luck go online then. No shuttle bus to the airport. And much more.... More

This is a lovely spot nestled in the hills 15 minutes south of Izmir's centre. The spa is lovely- offering a variety of services from Turkish Baths/hamman to Bali massages! The breakfast spread is second to none. The outdoor pools were spacious - drinks were overpriced at the bar & the meal service was ok. The rooms were clean and... More

This is a quality hotel with good service. It's relatively central, you will need a cab to go to town centre which is 15 min. It's thermal & spa facilities are very accessible and clean. You can effortlessly slide in to your bathrobe and spend all your time in the spa and thermal pools. We visited in April and despite... More

A beautiful hotel a bit far from city center with a regular free shuttle. Clean and spacious room.there is 2 nice thermal pool (1 indoor and 1 outdoor) and helpful receptionist. One of the best point is great performance of cavit pehlivanlar at dinner time. A strange and negative point was a party with loudly music at one night that... More

Very nice hotel. Great facilities, especially the pools and spa/massage areas. Very good quality buffet food and helpful staff who are very efficient with baggage service. Rooms and bathrooms are high standard. Travelled with a tour group and would recommend this hotel.

Of the 6 hotels in 6 different towns/ cities of Turkey, I found their reception staff the politest and friendliest. The rest of the staff were also much better and spoke passable English as opposed to those in the popular tourist towns of Turkey. We were there just for an evening and night. Unfortunately the room smelt of cigarette smoke... More

I was here for a meeting: staff were very helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. I especially enjoyed the spa- took advantage of the thermal pools and an excellent massage. If you want to be in town, this isn't the place for you, but for my purposes, I have no complaints at all.

I visited Izmir as a business traveller for a single night in May 2015. I stayed in Kaya Izmir, for very short indeed. However, the hotel made me good impression. Staff at the reception is very friendly, rooms are clean and well decorated, breakfast is good. Next time, i hope to stay in the hotel for more days to enjoy... More

Since 1991, we have been to Balcova area for the use of thermal water, after learning this area's historical past, going back to Agamemnon times (king of Mycenae and commander in chief of the coalition that attacked Troy), whose only daughter being sick was treated and cured by the thermal water here to the happy surprise of her recovery.
