Just at the feet of Akropolis, and at about hundred meters from the Red Hall/Basilica this is the perfect spot to stay in. A green and fresh oasis for the hottest summer days. The place is quiet, the rooms are clean, breakfast was great, its owner is friendly and willing to help you and make sure you have a nice... More

Very casual, in the old part of Bergama, Turkey, this is a relaxed, very relaxed, pleasant guesthouse style hotel. Food available, in addition to breakfast; a small clean refreshing pool, and enjoyable local.

We enjoyed our 2 nights here. It was our kind of place, small, quaint, it felt like a villa. The room we had was large, a bit dark, but fine. The breakfast was served outside in a garden area, and was good. We had dinner one night there which we also enjoyed. It was in a quiet hilly area of... More

Fabulous place. When you enter through the big metal gate a garden and pool and kind hospitality await you. Delicious breakfast with home grown apricots and jam served. Perfect location. Very helpful proprietor . Best place in town.

This hotel had a great location located just steps away both from the lift to Pergamon and from the Red Basilica. The interior of the hotel is also very nice and has a very good atmosphere as all the rooms surround this picturesque courtyard. The breakfast we had there was amazing, the bread was fresh and everything was made there... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the friendly reasonably priced guest house in Bergama. The town is lovely well worth a visit and if you do then definitely stay at the Akropolis Guest House. It was lovely having walked down from the Greek ruins at the top of the hill to be able to plunge into the welcome pool.

This being a last minute booking during busy season we were thankful to find anything close to the acropolis. We had a heck of a time finding the place but eventually a dear older lady basically flagged us down as we pulled up beside the hotel and welcomed us wonderfully. The hotel is transforming and the new section looks very... More

This is a great place to stay and excellent value. The owner greeted us with a cold drink and a warm welcome. We arrived hot and bothered and the cool garden and sparkling pool were a delight. This a family run hotel and you don't need to look anywhere else. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the ruins are... More

We booked this place purely as a stop over b/t Gallipoli & Kusadasi (we were leaving Chanakale mid arvo & weren't sure if we'd get all the way to Kusadasi in one hit - especially having been up all night at the Dawn Service at Gallipoli). What a pleasant surprise. Of course we couldn't find it initially- like all the... More

Spotless, very large rooms each with balcony or terrace. Nice garden and pool. 5 minutes from old bus station, 2 km from new bus station. Taxi about 20TL in 2014 from new bus station. Very helpful owner who helps with buses etc and picks up the tickets. Best breakfast in 3 weeks. Place is being expanded and will be even... More

Akropolis Guest House is located in the historical, old part of the city where the major attractions are very close. It's on the way of Redhall-Bazelika and Akropolis. Just 250 mt after Bazelika. And everybody know where Bazelika is if you ask in Bergama....You will feel the blend of uncountable cultures from the terrace.
